Aparthotel vacation rentals in Budva

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely Airbnb! The house is cozy and perfect for two people, with all the essentials provided. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, we watched the sunset right from there, which was definitely the highlight of our trip. It’s in a great location too, with a bus stop right outside and a few restaurants nearby. The beach is a bit of a walk, but totally manageable and worth it. The host was kind and accommodating, even allowing us a late check-out when we requested it. We only wish we had booked an extra night to soak in that view a bit longer. Highly recommend!

Lovely place, lovely host. Just a stunning view from the window on St. Stephen's Island (it really looks a lot cooler than the photos). The apartment is quite spacious and cozy, there is everything you need. Special thanks to Alexander for the crib. In general, a very responsive person, ready to help with any questions. It is very pleasant to relax with such people. Of the disadvantages, I can only note the relief of the city itself - the distance to the beach is 300 meters away, you need to climb either by steep steps or on the very long route (but even the long road to the sea takes 15 minutes maximum). On the other hand, watching the sunset over the island from the balcony of this apartment from the balcony of this apartment, you forget about the steps that have been passed during the day)))

I recommend to everyone! Olga is a good, responsive hostess, can help with renting a car, taxi) The house corresponds to the description, in our room everything is as stated - beds, linen is changed once a week, shower. We loved it! Very comfortable balcony on the top floor, you can rent different rooms for several families at once, and grill in the evenings, dine at a large table and admire the sea!!! We stayed with my husband in this apartment from September 12 to 21. We had a transfer in advance, so it was 15-20 minutes from Tivat Airport. It is worth noting the convenient location of the apartment. There are several grocery stores (4 pieces), a bus stop (to Budva or towards Bar) within walking distance. Also convenient for those who will book tours, a stop called Bella Vista Hotel. The beach is also nearby. 7-10 minutes walk to him. It was not difficult for us to go down and go up to the house at all. We also walked to Budva Old Town. In principle, the whole vacation was very active in our place, we got up early, I hope that no one was woken up). As for the apartments directly, they have absolutely all for comfortable stay: 1. Kitchen (there are a lot of dishes available; also there are also appliances on the large terrace, plates, pots);there is a mini stove and a refrigerator (there is no kettle, but it was not difficult to boil water in a pot); 2. Shower (no hair dryer, but I always bring a very compact road hair dryer, which helps me out); 3. Balcony (very nice to sit in the evening when it's not so hot; or meet a cat there who came to visit us every night)) 4. Third floor terrace with gorgeous view. It's very nice to be there. There is a TV and washing machine. As for the room, it has three beds, 2 nightstands with lamps and a large wardrobe, with air conditioning (he often saved us, as sometimes it was very stuffy). Also wifi !! Sayaz was very good. We would like to separately thank the host of the apartment Yuri! Very hospitable person. He treated us to grapes from his plot. In general, it is very pleasant to see growing bunches of grapes and kiwi on the balcony. In general, we were very happy, we will definitely return here again! Thank you so much!

We had a rest in August 2019. I liked the location: fresh mountain air and about 15 minutes to the sea. Walking distance to Budva and Sveti Stefan. Friendly and helpful hostess. There are shops, restaurants and cafes, a bakery nearby. There are several beaches in the area, for different tastes. The room is spacious enough, nice beds, balcony with table.

Everything is great. Olga and her husband are wonderful hosts; they responded quickly, were ready to help, accompanied, told and told. Everything is fine in the room. The location on the slide is a little bit (the daily workout of the descent is good for health). The place is quiet which is of course a plus. The room has everything you need for a normal resort life (furnishings, equipment (the kitchen is arranged on the balcony), a beautiful view from the balcony. Recommended. Olga and her husband are excellent hosts, quick answer,s ready to help. The apartment is OK. Good view from balcony, fully equiped, good located. Highly recommended.

It was pleasure to meet with those hosts. The location was close to everywhere, you can find a pizza bar close to hotel and it was delicious. Coastal side was close to hotel with walking. Also bus station was close. Room was clean and enough for short living. Balcony was a great positive.

We had a great day, the apt was perfect, right next to the little private pontoon from where there is a beautiful view. Our host was very welcoming and friendly. Stoliv is a nice village, very beautiful and not too crowded, don’t miss upper Stoliv from where you can get a great view!

Our accommodation was very good. Well located, close to Budva’a old town, restaurants, shops and bus station, which is great if you’re going to take a bus to Kotor or other places as we did. Emin was great host. Very friendly and willing to help. I recommend this place!

Hotel is easy to find. On the outskirts of the city so you have a little peace and quiet but can easily get anywhere. Pool was clean and the temperature perfect. There is much to do in the area. Lots within walking distance and getting taxis everywhere on the street. If you want to book somewhere or book a trip, the hotel staff will help you with this. Definitely recommended!
