The Rose - Romantic loft at the Spessart forest

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. There is a lot of room for up to 4 people, areas to relax, cook or work. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

Sunny apartment, Schlosspark, Wächtersbach

We are renting a nice and spacious 2-room apartment with kitchen and bathroom in the center of Waechtersbach. The attic apartment was renovated a few years ago and impresses with a harmonious juxtaposition of old wooden beams and modern design with deep windows and a view of the countryside. The castle garden with the restored castle is opposite. The train connection is excellent (every 30 minutes to Frankfurt). Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance.

Die Wohnung mit separatem Eingang befindet sich im Nebenhaus. Sie ist in sehr ruhiger Lage, aber gutem Anschluss nach Frankfurt, Fulda und Aschaffenburg. Uns ist es wichtig, dass Sie sich zu Hause fühlen und sich eine Auszeit vom Alltag gönnen. Unsere Wohnung ist komfortabel und hochwertig ausgestattet. Wir achten sehr auf Sauberkeit und Hygiene, und erheben deshalb auch eine allgemeine Reinigungsgebühr von 35 €, frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind inklusive.

This newly renovated cozy apartment to feel good in the beautiful village of Echzell offers a living/dining area, a bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed (160 x 200) and a closet. In the living room, there is a sofa bed for another person. The house is over 500 years old, was completely newly renovated in 1994 sustainably and with style-appropriate materials yet also modern.
