Lovely flat green garden 2 Budapest

Spend a really romantic time in Budapest, close to the Margit Island, Chainline Bridge and Buda castle in a tastefully renovated, friendly apartment where you can feel like you are at home! The apartment consists of a living room with a convertable couch, bedroom with real double bed, an equipped kitchen and a comfortable bathroom. The house has a nice mediterrain garden and only three appartments, all for our guest. (ideal for small companies) -living room: TV, DVD, CD, WIFI, couch (convertible to bed), kitchen corner -bedroom: double bed, CD, WIFI, kitchen: ceramic cooking, fridge, microwave oven, water heater, coffee machine bathroom: towels, hygenic tools, washing maschine, hair drier, drier Free WIFI is available! Garden with flowers where you can have your breakfast, drink your tea. Towels, bed linen are provided. We have safe park for bikes. There are an open-air, guarded car park within two minutes. The apartment is perfectly situated, there are several mass transportation possibilities within 5 minutes walking distance. Direct access with bus no. 86. (every 10 minutes) to Buda Castle, Chain Bridge, Subway metro), and bus no. 9 is takes you directly to Nyugati railway station, Deák tér, Astoria (center) shoping mall, or by Hév to Sziget festival and Szentendre too. -Danube ship station (sheduled ships to north and south). - HÉV (Suburban Transport Line) with fast transport to Szentendre. If you want to take a walk along the Danube, you can get to the city center or Margit Island within 15 minutes. The popular Margit Island is within a walking distance. The famous Daubner confectionary in the street. http://daubnercukraszda.hu/ (I love their Flódni, which is a traditional Hungarian dessert with apple, walnut and poppy seed.). Spas are about 10 min, so you can indulge yourself with the different steam rooms, swimming pools in gorgeous historical public bathes. The shoping malls (Mammut, Westend City Center) are within 15 minutes. Ideal starting point to discover different parts of the city, including the green Budapest. Regarding the check-in and check-out time: I am flexible on both. We will figure out what is the best for everyone! :-) Late night or early morning check-in is also possible, just let me know in advance. Free local pickup, Airport 15 EUR (on demand). Elegant Designer Studio in Excellent Location at Gozsdu.

This small studio (27 sqm) is ideally located at the popular Gozsdu Udvar. Situated on the fifth floor - 6th in the US - in a new apartment building with two elevators. Consists of one room with a double bed, a dining table, 2 comfy seats, computer table plus an iMac and Wifi. A kitchenette equipped with a two-plate cooker, a microwave, a fridge, a Nespresso, a washer-dryer and all the basic things you would need. The bathroom has a shower, a toilette, a bidet and a wash basin. Towels, hair dryer and shampoo are also included. The flat also has a central air-conditioning system which only works when needed during hot summer days. You can use the entire flat and all it's equipments. Our flat is equipped with a NUKI smart lock. You need to download the NUKI Smart Lock app to be able to open the door. We will send you an entry code 24-48 hours prior to arrival. Do not worry, if you don't have a smartphone, we will let you in the regular way. Just let us know in time and we'll meet you at the apartment. We will ask you to send your personal details needed by the local authorities in advance. You may call us at any time during your stay for assistance or in emergency. We are fluent in English and Hungarian, Eva speaks Italian as well. The flat is in Gozsdu Udvar, in the heart of the Jewish district and the epicentre of Budapest. An area full of fine restaurants and bars, it is within easy walking distance of Deak Ferenc Square, the Opera, the Great Synagogue, and Andrassy Avenue. Deak ter metro station which serves as a major hub in the city center is in a 5-minute walking range. Airport Bus 100E, Bus 9, 15, 115, Tram 47, 49, Metro M1, M2, M3 all has a stop here. The area is easily well accessible with public transport and taxi.
