Fish right of the dock, boathouse, WATERFRONT son canal W/ BBQ and lounge with the entire family and be sure to bring a camera! Best location in Buckhead ridge just a few hundred yards from the locks to the lake. The inside is setup with everything you will need. But like us, the majority of your time is spent chillin under the pergola , the hot tub , or sitting at the bar while overlooking a ranch. Parking for trailers

Take time off to go fishing on world renown Lake Okeechobee. Make a cup of coffee, walk out your back door, jump on your boat under the covered boathouse, and you are on the water! Once you've caught your limit, come back in to grill up your catch. Later on, soak in the peace and quiet while watching the sunset in the relaxing outdoor seating area. Then tomorrow rinse and repeat. This is lake house living at its best!! The House: Each bedroom has its own bathroom making it perfect for groups.

Very nice home away from home. Had everything needed. The home was very clean. Would definitely come back again. Enjoyed fishing the lake. Recommend a guide if you have not ever fished this lake before. We wish we would have gotten the guide day one instead of our final day. No regrets though still had a great time!

A well-lit bathroom features a dual sink vanity with a smooth granite countertop. Mirrored cabinets reflect the organized space, while towels are neatly stored on shelves in the background. The floor is tiled in white, and a soft mat is positioned in front of the sinks.

We were looking for a peaceful getaway and that's exactly what we found at the "twins red cabin escape"! I've always wanted to live in a log home and this gave me the opportunity to do so for a few days. We really enjoyed the porches. The one off the living room was most enjoyable as it was in the shade with a nice breeze and had a porch swing. A nice view was to be had out every window. Surrounded by farm animals (Goats, sheep, donkeys, guinea hens, turkey, ducks and horses in the distance). The loft beds were very comfortable. You could get lost in the downstairs shower, lol. VERY roomy! Our dogs had fun running in the fenced yard. We would highly recommend this place to anyone that wants to escape the hustle and bustle of life.

Memorial Day weekend family stay. Went fishing on the canal and Lake Okeechobee. Fishin Chips house was perfect, quiet, clean, and close to everything you need. Will be back for future fishing extravaganza 😁

This is our second time staying at this property. Donna reached out a few days before check-in to enthusiastically welcome us and provide instructions for our arrival. The house is impeccably clean, and the house is well stocked with cookware, linens, etc. We especially appreciate that Donna leaves snacks, personal hygiene items, and board games. The property is quiet and peaceful. It has a dock and ramp, making it easy to bring water crafts. We highly recommend this property!
