Monthly Rentals in Buck Lake

My husband and I and our dog spent two nights on Lov Island and had a fantastic time! The lake was beautiful, and we enjoyed some great fishing. It was also very peaceful. We highly recommend it to anyone looking to relax!

Great place, for a city boy like myself. A good blend of the rustic surroundings and the homely feel of the place. The fresh eggs for breakfast was a great touch. Enjoyed the Jacuzzi with the beer that was provided and it was a great way to spend the evening in the charming, peaceful backyard. Thanks for hosting!

Anne-Marie is a great host and her place felt like home. Very peaceful, near local spots, and was well stocked with games, movies, extra linens and even all the BBQ knicks and knacks.

Beautiful and peaceful location right by the lake surrounded by trees. Host was kind and responsive, cabin is older but functional and has everything you need. The view from the balcony overlooks the lake and you can enjoy your meal there or have barbecue. There is also direct access to the lake and you can use the motor boat and the canoes. We were here in the fall with our two dogs and really enjoyed the colors on the trees. Be aware that there are ticks and if you bring a dog, they absolutely need to have protection against ticks. Would recommend to those who appreciate nature and are not looking for luxury but a cozy cabin experience.
