Big vacation home with sauna by the Klecker Wald

Our Heidehaus was built in 2001 in traditional timber construction with ecological materials and has a very beautiful and relaxing energy. It consists of two connected houses and is located in a very quiet residential area, right next to the beautiful Klecker Wald (Forest). The guest house was completely renovated in 2024 and has a new kitchen, a new bathroom and a sauna with an infrared/heat cabin. I live in the rear house myself with my family.

Dear guest, A witch's house awaits you that impresses with its Scandinavian style. It is cozily warm thanks to the underfloor heating and tastefully furnished. Outside there are two cozily arranged terraces, overlooking a beautiful garden (imposing oak trees, boxwood hedge, and large lawn). The parking space and a carport are right by the house. Quiet and central - with a foot in the heath

The property is centrally located in Buchholz in the Nordheide, within walking distance of the train station and the city center. Parking and a bus stop are in front of the property. The bright 50 sqm apartment is located on the upper floor of our house and has private access. The property is in a quiet, exposed location, suitable for 2-3 people and has one bedroom as well as a large separate living and dining area with kitchen.

In our former laundry room there used to be a large wash tub, the fireplace has remained and we plan to connect a small cozy stove. The charming cottage is now a light-flooded bright room because we opened the ceiling and installed 3 skylights. A ladder can be used to climb to the 2nd sleeping place. There are 2 more mattresses there. The kitchen is well equipped. A cozy spot in front of the house invites you to linger.
