“La casa del bucato” è stata così chiamata perché è posizionata nelle vicinanze del lavatoio che un tempo (e qualche volta ancora oggi) veniva usato dalle donne del borgo per fare il bucato, “l’ansiva” appunto. Questa piccola ma accogliente casa, completamente accessibile, curato nei minimi dettagli per cullarvi nella suggestione montana, è costituita da un unico ambiente che ospita un letto matrimoniale, un angolo cottura e un bagno e affaccia su l’area esterna attrezzata adibita a solarium.

L'alloggio è composto da un'ampia zona living con cucina integrata ed una camera da letto con caminetto, entrambe con accesso alla terrazza, due bagni, terrazza esterna e cortili da ambo i lati. Presente inoltre locale con sauna e cyclette. Possibilità di parcheggio interno. Da sempre appassionati di animali, abbiamo cani, gatti, cavalli e asini. We have restructured our grandparents’ home and we would like to offer you an experience characterized by simplicity and hospitality, to understand and appreciate the value of the family we grew up with. We have combined tradition and design, maintaining the original structure of the house and re-using the materials available in the old house . We are Riccardo, Cristina, Lorenzo, Bianca and Alice, and we came to this place in the forest to begin a simple yet rewarding life, trying to learn from nature. Our home in the deep mountain forest exists in quiet isolation, 1 kilometer from the nearest inhabitants. We offer you an attic apartment hand-renovated by Riccardo. The apartment has a big bed and pull-out couch (both situated under skylights), a living area, kitchenette, private bathroom and a view of the valley.

Tenuta Magrini

The outbuilding of Tenuta Magrini is a small independent studio flat (without kitchen) on the estate, from which to enjoy one of the most beautiful views of Monferrato. A quiet place between woods and vineyards with a large and well-kept garden and infinity view pool. The studio has a double bed and a sofa bed, making it suitable just for a couple or for a family with one or two children that can share the room. The parking is internal and from the estate.

Cascina Vanara - Casetta della Piscina
