Monthly Rentals in Brunswick

The unit is super close to the train station and to the trams. 2 blocks away is Brunswick Baths, highly recommend. The unit was peaceful, minimal noises/sounds, clean. The ambiance was great, indoor plants and outdoor plants on the balcony made the place feel super inviting. Another 2 blocks there is a shopping centre with all the shops. Lots of restaurants around. Will come again.

Aggie is a fantastic host: communicative, welcoming, considerate and responsive to her guest’s particular situation (we had a couple of commitments which could have pressed parts of our day into a rush, but Aggie’s flexibility and consideration smoothed all that out for us). This is a small apartment, but neat as a pin and containing everything guests could need (and if it did not contain it, I am confident Aggie would try to provide it). It was a delight staying there. The front door is directly adjacent to a tram stop on the No. 85 tram route, and the Royal Park train station is a short walk away. There are convenience stores and a cafe/bakery within a short walk. We’ll be saving this listing for future visits.

Jessica's apartment was very clean and well presented with a well appointed kitchen. The bed was very comfortable. The apartment was close to the local shopping centre and a short walk to transport. The apartment also offered off street parking which was appreciated. Jessica was very responsive to enquiries and offered an early check in at 12pm on request. We had a very pleasant stay and highly recommend.

Tony was a great host and this place is comfortable and has colourful character. It was perfect for us. We loved staying in the heart of Brunswick, with all it has to offer, but with that comes noise, so if you’re not used to living on a high street bring earplugs or play some white noise to sleep better.
