This couple house has an unparalleled sun location with a view of Hundfjället & Tandådalen. It along with its own outdoor spa and well-chosen material selection makes the house truly unique. 5 bedrooms and kitchen in an open plan with the living room. Outside the house, the cross-country ski and scooter tracks pass by in the winter, and about 200 meters away, the ski and swimming bus stop. During the winter season, the house is only rented weekly with Saturday as a changeover day. During the winter season (full week) cleaning is included on departure in the price.

In bedroom 1 there are 2 bunk beds with 90 cm mattresses. In bedroom 2, there is a bed with 140 cm mattress. Bathroom with shower cabin, washing machine and sauna. In the hallway there is a drying cabinet and shoe dryer. In the cabin no pets or smoking are allowed. Please bring own sheets and towels. Before departure, the guests clean themselves. The cottage is 38 m2 on a shared plot with another cottage that is also rented. The cottage can accommodate: One bedroom with two single beds. A living room with kitchen, dining area, fireplace and TV corner (sofa bed that becomes 140 cm wide). The kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. Bathroom with toilet and shower.

Here, the whole family can lower their shoulders, unplug, and really get the good cabin feel. The cabin is large (109 sqm), spacious and open. It's at a great location in the mountains. The surrounding area has good hiking conditions both on foot, skiing and by bike. Right outside the door there is a well developed network of about 100 km of well-groomed skiing trails. There is a short distance to the ski resorts in Trysilfjellet (25 min) and Sälen (35 min). Here you are close to activities both for big and small and to all seasons.

Directly below the house passes Sälen's best ski trail area, the MOG track. It is possible to rent all apartments at the same time and they are linked with internal stairs and lockable doors. This apartment, B lower, has staircase to B upper. The whole house is for the winter of 23/24 completely renovated.

The apartment has ski-in/ski-out both for the World cup hill that goes to Stöten Square and to the slope Alven that leads down to the ski square. It has beautiful views over the mountains and is located about 100 meters from Stöten square where restaurants/apres ski, shops and ski rentals are available. Also the Mountain Lodge hotel with restaurant, spa & relax with outdoor pool is just below.

The accommodation was clean and well maintained. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking. A nice bonus was the sauna. The location is very good — only 3 minutes by car to the ski lift.

Incredibly nice house that has everything one needs. Walking distance to the ski slope, Ski star Lodge and the grocery store, etc. Clean and fresh and well planned cabin (we were 6 adults). Erik was nice who responded quickly and made you feel welcome! Thank you and hope to come back.
