We loved our family stay at Joe’s place. It was close to IU for graduation. We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor spaces—the hot tub was a bonus! Very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable weekend stay. Joe was very communicative, responding right away. Couldn’t have been happier with our choice. Would highly recommend.

Great place to stay! Location is perfect - it’s right in town so you can walk everywhere. Only 5 minutes away from Hard Truth. The place looked a little worn on the outside, but the inside was very clean and decorated nicely! There was 7 of us and each couple had their own bed. There was a sleeper sofa that was a good size, could have been a little more comfy but it was fine for a night! There was plenty of bathrooms which we appreciated. My only complaint is the outside deck wasn’t really cleaned off for use, but it was pretty hot so we probably wouldn’t have used it much anyways. Rachel was extremely nice, accommodating and responsive! No communication issues whatsoever. Super easy check in and check out. Overall would definitely recommend, and we will likely stay here again next year!

We had a wonderful time at Josh's Sanctuary!! The place was so beautiful! I highly recommend this beautiful gem! We were there for my wedding with family. Lots of things to do. Perfect place for my grandchildren! Josh is very responsive and kind! Thank you Josh for letting us make memories at the Sanctuary!

The home was very nicely decorated and very clean. Libby left us snacks and drinks which was very much appreciated after our long drive. We didn’t get to spend much free time at the house because we were visiting friends but next time we will have to try out the hot tub! The home was perfect for our weekend, clean and comfortable and the 2nd bathroom was really nice to have. We would definitely stay here again next time we visit Lake Lemon.

We really enjoyed our week at Dan's place. He is very communicative and accommodating. House is in a very quiet and serene location, and is very well equipped. Beautiful new deck and nice fire pit. Fishing was good, even with rainy conditions and high lake levels. The last portion of access road is gravel, but very we'll cared for. There was one low spot in road that flooded because Monroe Lake was at unusually high levels (11-12 ft above normal summer pool), due to extraordinarily wet spring. But our SUVs navigated it just fine. We will definitely look forward to returning.

Great experience and a wonderful place to stay. From fishing to relaxing in the hot tub it was a beautiful weekend with friends.

This place is stunning, and we both wish we could have arrived earlier to fully take advantage of all the amenities. The location is wonderfully private and secluded, which we truly appreciated, especially since we live in the city and have such busy schedules. We will definitely recommend this relaxing spot to others!

Very nice, cozy place right in Nashville, IN. While we came for a graduation at IU and didn’t spend much time in town this time around, we found the place to be in a great location with good amenities. Having two nicely appointed and comfortable bedrooms with two baths was a great option. I highly recommend this place.

Fantastic stay in Nashville. Perfect setting for us in the heart of Nashville. Most of our desired shop and diner visits were walking distance. Fantastic and friendly restaurant down below too. Amazingly we did not see all that we wanted in Nashville. We really enjoyed our visit and will do it again!

The place was beautiful and very quiet we only spent one night there but it was well worth the trip only a few minutes from downtown Brown County..

My wife and I completely enjoyed our weekend stay in the space! Zero complaints. The loft is PERFECT for two on a getaway! Like Nashville, it has everything you need, but still small and full of character. We loved the location, situated centrally in town, and within walking distance of all Nashville has to offer. The reserved parking space dedicated to the rental is a great perk. Having good coffee and great breakfast just downstairs without having to leave is the traveler’s dream come true. If we make a return trip, we will without a doubt book the property again.

Last second trip and booking, and it was well worth it! The place is amazing and the history is incredible. Not to mention within 10 minutes of downtown Nashville. Nice relaxing place to be close, but far enough away for peace and quiet!

A very peaceful getaway for me and my wife, it was very quiet and the hot tub was amazing would recommend !!

Really enjoyed our room. Adorable and quant with a good set up. Close to the plaza and the owner’s mother was the sweetest lady to us. We felt so welcomed and enjoyed our quick trip to Little Nashville.

My Dad and I stayed at the Hideaway while in town for War in the Woods race. It was nice to have two separate sleeping areas. A great location for the race, less than 10 min away. Geraldene was very responsive and flexible! With changes in the race schedule due to weather, we ended up staying another night. The house was very clean with extra little touches, such as complimentary bottle of wine, chocolates, Keurig, boardgames, and more. The town of Nashville was super cute witg a lot of shops and restaurants. I wish we had more time to explore. We got a chance to try a couple of places, Big Woods Pizza and OoeyGooey Cinnamon Rolls, both were delicious and highly recommend. I would highly recommend The Hideaway and hope we can stay here again for the next race!

Very nice condo equipped with everything we needed. I appreciate the little details that make it welcoming; like snacks, coffee, umbrella (it rained so very happy to have it handy)..... Spacious, open concept kitchen and living area. Bedrooms are good sizes with comfortable beds and linens. I do recommend this place.

The Cozy Condo is exactly as described, small and cozy. It was perfect for the two of us. Sharon went above and beyond to make us feel at home and added special touches just for us. The only drawback was that it was much further from downtown Bloomington than we thought. It took us about 40 minutes to drive to the B-Line trail. That was on me, I should have done more research. If you are looking for a peaceful, quiet and cozy place to stay near Bloomington, I highly recommend Sharon's Cozy Condo.

Brandon excels as a host - couldn’t wish for a better one! This listing became “my second home” this past year. Work brought me to Bloomington once a month and this was my place of choice to stay while here. Highly recommend Brandon and this listing.

We had a wonderful stay at Kathy’s place. It was very clean, organized, cozy, and nicely decorated. The view off the screened porch is beautiful-especially in the fall. Kathy was responsive and flexible. We were visiting for an IU football game weekend so we didn’t get to spend as much time relaxing and enjoying it as we would have liked. Will definitely stay here again when back in the area!

Great place to stay if you’re enjoying lake Monroe, visiting Bloomington, or going to campus. Quiet and right off the golf course. Will not hesitate to stay again if I’m back in the area!
