Welcome to our “bakhuisje”: a national monument from +- 1700. The house is cozy and comfortable; living downstairs, bed is upstairs on the mezzanine. It has a cozy electric fireplace and a comfy couch. The bathroom has everything needed. Kitchenette (without cooking) with small fridge + coffee/tea and a beautiful view (vegetable garden, greenhouse, fruit trees). Of course WiFi and a workplace. Beautiful surroundings for walking/cycling and a small sandy beach in the river at 2 minutes walking.

De boho-chique inrichting en karakteristieke sfeer maken dit de perfecte basis om het prachtige Zeeland te ontdekken. Het woonhuis is volledig opgeknapt en voorzien van moderne luxe, terwijl de authentieke elementen bewaard zijn gebleven. Het huis grenst direct aan de grote tuin.

Boven twee slaapkamers onder een schuin dak, voorzien van eigen wasbak en spiegel, en een lief klein kamertje met een commode en ledikantje. In de kelder een barretje, voetbaltafel en bank met televisie. Buiten een ruime tuin met speelhuisje en trampoline. NIEUW houtgestookte hottub in de tuin. studio duinhuis ...das eigens entworfene Holzhaus mit Kaminofen liegt auf der Anhöhe gegenüber vom Badpaviljoen, 100 m entfernt vom Aufgang zum Strand! Es ist mein Lebenstraum, mit einem kleinen Atelier am Meer zu leben und Menschen in dem Gästehaus im Garten willkommen zu heißen. Das typisch Zeeländische Haus öffnet seine Fenster nach außen auf eine sonnige Holzterrasse, das Meer hört man bis hierher. Eine gemütliche Schlafempore macht das Haus besonders, die eigene Sauna ist buchbar!

Welcome to our favourite place! A lovely house at Kortgene harbour in the always sunny province of Zeeland. You can relax and unwind here. The house is available for six people and is fully equipped. Beach, shops, eateries, supermarket, everything is within walking distance. There is also an electric charging station for your electric car. Please note, you can only connect this with your own charging card.
