Country House

It is in Saint-Félicien, in the heart of the North of Ardèche that we suggest you put down your suitcases for a stay in our charming house. The house is about 1.5 hours from Lyon, Grenoble, Valence and Saint-Etienne. It is located in the middle of nature at almost 1000 meters above sea level. The tranquility of the place and the beauty of the landscape will certainly win you over. You will be welcomed in a large, renovated house in a fairly modern style and fully equipped.

Warm apartment, on the 3rd floor of a renovated old building. You are in the heart of the village of Lalouvesc, lulled by the gentle sound of the fountain. You are 1 minute from the basilica, all the best local restaurants and shops and above an excellent bakery. Fresh air at 1100 meters altitude, peaceful and without light pollution to see beautiful summer skies. Several hiking trails leave from the village itself to discover a very preserved nature.

Our small house (23 m2 studio) is located between St Félicien and St Victor, surrounded by nature, it will allow you to recharge your batteries and enjoy nature. 3 km from the village, you will find shops, markets, tourist office. The area is perfect for outdoor activities. You'll love the place because of its unobstructed view of the Ardèche mountains and Vercors. It will be perfect for couples or solo travelers, for a moment of serenity or hiking.

Restored old attic

Located near a fortified house and a typical farmhouse in northern Ardèche, this cottage will seduce you with its quiet setting and exceptional views. It consists of a vaulted living room, a bedroom with a mezzanine connected by an external staircase. The cottage is surrounded by a garden and two terraces where it is pleasant to be in the summer. A hiking trail adjoins the property and the small road leading to the dovecote ends in a cul-de-sac.

Relax in this peaceful and centrally-located accommodation in the heart of the village of Saint Félicien. 25 m² studio, separate bathroom and toilet, bedroom closed by a curtain with 140 bed, storage and sockets next to the bed. Fully equipped kitchen, lounge area with a sofa bed to make an extra bed for a third person. The terrace is furnished, a lockable room is available for your use. Linens and towels are provided.

Apartment No. 1 is located on the 1st floor with access by a staircase, this duplex accommodation has a spacious living room, the bedroom is upstairs with its bathroom. All amenities are at your disposal.

This small stone house will offer you freshness in summer and a cozy atmosphere by the fireplace in winter.

Le Refuge du Loir

Small mountain house located at an altitude of 86O meters in the heart of an ecological project. The Refuge du Loir is 40 meters from our house and is accessed by a private path from the parking lot. There is a very large terrace to enjoy the view and sunshine and everything you need inside for a good stay! PS: Following many negative reviews about the path, we specify that it is a bumpy path but passable by car!
