Large stone cottage for 1 to 15 people

Independent 180 m2 cottage with a private, unfenced garden. Situated in a peaceful hamlet, it will provide you with relaxation and offer you many hikes through the Livradois-Forez; let yourself be intoxicated by the beauty of the Auvergne landscapes... The gite can accommodate up to 15 people. (2 nights minimum) The price is €120 per night for 9 people and €10 per additional guest. The beds are 140x190 and 90x190. Sheets & towels not provided except for motorbike riders (see other notes)

Kassydy House

Come and relax at the Kassydy gîte, a warm detached house with terrace, jacuzzi and an amazing view of the surrounding countryside. Quiet, not overlooked and equipped with 7 beds. It is ideal for couples, families or a group of friends. About 15 km from the highway exits of Lezoux (63) and Thiers Ouest (63), the gîte is located in the village of Sermentizon in the Livradois Forez Nature Park and about 45 minutes from the Auvergne Volcanoes Park and Clermont-Ferrand.

Ideal for family and friends reunions, 100% kids friendly. Perfect for business seminars and wellness courses (yoga retreats...) You will also find a lake with supervised swimming during the summer season, zip line and amethyst house in Vernet la Varenne, 25 minutes' drive from the gîte.
