Vacation rentals with breakfast in Broomhall

Lovely house in a great location. Close to town amenities and the attractions of the Peak District. Also within close walking distance are coffee shops, supermarkets, delis etc. We had a lovely stay here for 2 weeks visiting family and friends in the area. Great base. Bekah and family were fantastic with their communication and were very responsive to any questions we had along the way. Highly recommend and we would definitely stay again if available for our trips.

Ian and Fiona are very friendly! I immediately felt welcome at their home. Breakfast was lovely and I enjoyed the bath after a walk. They know a lot about the area and I received a whole hiking plan. Which I was incredibly happy with! The scenery is beautiful. Had three amazing days!

I had a very nice stay at Nicola's place. It was clean, beautifully decorated and had everything I needed. I would recommend Mill House.

Very kind host, clean and comfortable room, spacious bathroom, great neighborhood. Two deviations from the description - one temporary, one longer-term - initially took me by surprise, but they were no reason for concern and shouldn't be for easy-going others.

Flawless. It's very rare to find something that feels as good as Hannah's place, but it achieved it. We felt instantly comfortable/at home, it had things available I'd never even considered before, and it didn't feel like a typical Airbnb. Would love the opportunity to stay here again.

Sarah's place was very quiet and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. The rooms were very clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

This was the second time I had stayed at Sarah’s Airbnb and it was exactly how I remembered, spotlessly clean, a warm welcome and a comfortable bed. Sarah was quick to reply to communications and always precise and clear with checking in details etc. This time I stayed in the single room, clean, comfortable and quiet, perfect for me. Access to a kitchen to make hot drinks and, if required, breakfast is a real bonus. Excellent value for money and a warm welcome is what Airbnb is all about and Sarah’s accommodation scores top marks. Thank you Sarah for such a pleasant stay.

A great place to stay, especially with a 10 month old baby! The loft room was kitted out with a travel cot, baby toys, stairgate etc. so really handy for us. Great location – a short walk from a few nice pubs and restaurants, not too far a walk from the city centre too. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with snacks and pantry items. Love the big collection of plants throughout the house too. Parking was tricky but we arrived at a very busy time as people were leaving the nearby mosque on a Friday afternoon. Nonetheless would definitely stay again!

Our third stay at Laura’s basement flat and definitely won’t be our last! Perfect location for bars and restaurants and an easy walk to the city centre. Parking for just £1.50 and Laura leaves the permit in the flat for you. No issues at all with parking but the added assurance that Laura will move her car for you if needed takes away any stress beforehand. Laura is extremely responsive to messages. We also appreciate that despite it being a bank holiday and a big gig in the city the prices weren’t bumped up and this was still a bargain stay! As others say there’s steps and low ceilings but this is clear in the listing and we’ve never found it a problem. Thank you!

Beautiful small annex with comfy bed and everything we needed. Sue was a friendly and helpful host who made sure we had everything and were settled in. She has her lovely art work displayed around the apartment and it is a cosy space. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Perfect spacious studio! The neighbourhood is excellent, cute shops and cafés, bus stops just minutes away. And Elisabeth was so helpful with local recommendations.

1 Dalebrook View is a thoughtfully furnished and very spacious apartment which immediately feels like home. Very comfortable beds and well designed living spaces with everything you could want for an enjoyable stay. Kate could not be more helpful and gives clear details and instructions for everything you need during your stay. Good dog walks can be taken from the front door and there is a small enclosed green area 2 minutes walk away called The Grove next to the Fish and Chip shop. It is an ideal place to briefly take a dog to at the beginning and each end of the day. We visited The Moon Inn in Stoney Middleton and nearby Calver Arms plus local cafes. All offering good food and drink options, although we found the Eyam cafés to be very expensive, busy, slow on service or closed. Our booking for three nights from Sunday meant we missed out on a few things not being open including the local Toll Bar fish and chips open Wednesday to Saturday. We will just have to return another time!

Just stayed the one night whilst visiting children who are at the university. Really liked location, with parking too. Coop at the top of the road for supplies, although Grant left us a good range of essentials in the flat. Rooms are clean and spacious. The garden is lovely, enjoyed the morning sun with a cup of coffee. Very quiet for city centre. We have booked again!

Me and my friends stayed here for one night, it was lovely, a quiet neighbourhood and a beautiful view, Karen herself was very responsive and was always available to give me information when needed, the kitchen was lovely and clean,.The description to this room was as matched, it felt at home and safe. Very impressed

Peter is a really nice guy and very easy to get on with. I had communicated with him on line before my visit and explained why I was in the area. He loaned me a copy of a book associated with where I was going which was very thoughtful. He also provided items for breakfast which was very kind as well. All of the accommodation was as described and everything was clean and tidy. Off street parking and a pub that serves excellent food directly opposite. Wonderful!

Eve’s place was very clean and comfortable. It was a perfect space to start my studies in Sheffield. Eve and her friend were extremely helpful during my stay, and even helped me bring my large, heavy suitcases up two flights of stairs when I arrived, which I can’t thank them enough for! The neighborhood is quiet and Eve’s flat is a quick walk away from a tram stop that takes you into the city quite quickly. There’s also a beautiful park nearby to take long walks in. Eve was a great communicator and was able to provide me with any answers and advice related to settling in. I very much appreciate her as a host and would recommend her to anyone visiting here. We loved our short break at Hassop Station. The room was lovely, just as pictured. Bed was comfortable and we slept really well. Breakfast was tasty, with good vegetarian options too. We enjoyed walking on the Monsall Trail (which we could join just outside the station) and doing a bit of shopping in nearby Bakewell. Hassop Station Rooms are great for a short break and we'd throughly recommend them.

Lovely B&B in peaceful and stunning surroundings. Our room was beautifully decorated, with a very comfy bed and spacious bathroom with great shower. We had the most delicious breakfast and it was nice just to wake up and not go hunting for a place to eat breakfast! My favorite part was sitting on the terrace in the mornings with my coffee or chatting with our hosts! You are nestled away in the country but Bakewell is right nearby to shop and eat. We will definitely return again to this magical place.

Maywalk House provided everything we needed and more for our walking break in the Peak District, including a comfy bed, luxurious bathroom and a hearty breakfast cooked by Felicity to kick start each day. It's only 10 minutes' walk from the Miners Arms in Eyam village, which serves good evening meals. Felicity is a great host, friendly and welcoming but at the same time unobtrusive. We'd thoroughly recommend Maywalk House Airbnb.

A lovely , homely stay Jenny and Chris were perfect hosts . Location is ideal for exploring the Peak District .

Great location just a short walk into Bakewell with easy parking and lots of local pubs,cafes and restaurants. We used the accommodation as a base for walking and found it ideal great breakfast in the morning and very friendly host. Would definitely go back to further explore the area

I really enjoyed my stay! Angela was very welcoming and friendly, and had great recommendations for my stay. The place was beautiful and was a good base for some amazing hikes.

We had such a lovely stay here. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome. Tricia and Andrew are perfect hosts. The house is beautiful (not to mention the garden) and our room was spotlessly clean, comfortable and relaxing. Breakfasts were delicious. All in all, an exceptional place to stay while in Tideswell
