The South-West plot has 260 m of shoreline. The long, shallow sandy beach is also well suited for the little ones in the family. The direction of the plot provides stunning sunrises and sunsets that you can enjoy on the large 60 m2 outdoor terrace. A rowboat is also available. The house is located on the golf course and offers a magnificent view of the golf course and the sea. The golf center's services and restaurant are right next door. The Fiskars and Billnäs ironworks villages are also nearby. The villa is suitable for a family or small group. The house has three spacious bedrooms that can comfortably accommodate six people.
