The nearest supermarket is in the neighboring village - everything you need to live can be found in the health resort of Laboe. In Stein, you can relax and enjoy.

A small cozy 1 bedroom/ backyard apartment centrally located in Friedrichsort awaits you! Ideal for singles, couples and business travelers. Shops, drugstore, bakery, ice cream parlor and restaurants can be reached in 5 minutes on foot, and the beach/ferry dock is about 15 minutes' walk away! You can reach the bus stop in 2 minutes - direction Schilkssee/beaches or directly into the city/main train station. Washing machine and dryer are available in the separate basement.

The lovingly furnished apartment with separate entrance has a double bed, a small dining area, a cozy sofa and TV corner. 800 meters away are a beautiful natural beach with cliffs and a lively beach section with promenade, restaurants, toilets, and a surf school. Supermarket, bus connection and bakery are a two-minute walk away. Tourist tax (2.50 euros per person per day) is not included in the price and must be paid in cash upon arrival.

You rent a modern and recently renovated apartment right on the center of the district Friedrichsort. Nearby there are various shops and restaurants. The apartment is about 10 minutes' walk from the beach where are also the high ropes course "High Spirits", a mini-golf and a barbecue place. Bus stops to go into the city and a ferry to Laboe are also very close.

It is ideally suited to explore Kiel and the surrounding area. The many beautiful beaches are not far away and the Olympiazentrum in Schilksee can also be reached in less than 10 minutes by car.
