Det er et sommerhus på 80 kvm med 2 soveværelser - 1 med dobbeltseng og 1 med to enkeltsenge. Huset er for nylig blevet renoveret og byder nu på et nyere badeværelse og et moderniseret køkkenområde. Generelt er det et lyst og velindrettet hus, som kan tilbyde dig den perfekte atmosfære til et behageligt og afslappende ophold.

The house is from the 50s, and it was continuously renovated. There is an outdoor terrace, a balcony with the view of the whole city, a large garden, 2 bedrooms and a large living room. The living room is on the 1st floor of a bay window that is 3 meters up to the lift and a huge window section. The whole family can enjoy the city view sitting at the table. Shopping, forest, beach are close by, and it's about 2 km to the horse school and the city center.

On the property, with a stream and about 1 hectare of land, there are opportunities to barbecue, make a campfire, or simply unwind. Free Internet is available through a fiber optic cable. The fireplace in the lounge room and underfloor heating provide cozy warmth and coziness on cold days.
