House vacation rentals in Brodarica

The villa is fantastic and the local area is quiet but has enough restaurants and bars to keep you busy. Getting in and out of Split is easy and Uber is very good value (do not use local taxis). The standout feature of the property is the outside area including the views. It is easy to access the sea and beach, and the water is beautiful. The only potential to the villa is how it is split across two properties. This was not an issue for us at all, and for some people this may be a bonus, but worth noting.

We had the most wonderful holiday at this villa. Mario and Daria were incredibly helpful and responsive to messages, and Daria’s mother and father who live close by went above and beyond to be hospitable too. It’s not often that you visit a place that you know whole heartedly you will return to one day- and this place was exactly that! Our daughter loved examining all the local insects and she absolutely adored the trampoline- a great bonus. I don’t think any review can do justice to how beautiful this home is. I’m so sad we weren’t able to stay longer!

We had the most wonderful time staying at Patria Suite. The accommodation was perfect - luxurious, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you need. The private terrace and roof top pool are really special. However, even better than this were the hosts. We wish we could give more than 5* for this! All so warm, friendly and welcoming (but never intruding on our privacy - you would never know that they live on the lower floors, other than they are there to help when ever you need anything). They provided everything we needed for our 7 month old baby (even buying a new mattress for the cot, baby bath and toys especially for him!). The fresh fruit and vegetables from Damira’s garden are spectacular. It was such a special place to stay. The care and attention to detail from the family made this THE best Air BnB we have ever stayed in.

Super schönes und grünes Grundstück. außerhalb leider viel Bauschutt und die Hunde der Nachbarn bellen sehr oft und auch schon frühs um 5 Uhr. Die Unterkunft war super. Gute Kommunikation, sehr gut ausgestattet und Ana war sehr hilfsbereit. Im Mai ist das Wetter abends noch sehr kalt, daher haben wir richtige Decken vermisst, mit der Heizung konnte man aber das Zimmer aufheizen. Die UV Strahlung ist trotz Wind schon sehr stark. kurzer Weg zum Flughafen ca 20 Minuten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ca. 15 Minuten entfernt. Der Pool ist beheizt was bei unserem Wetter ideal war. Die Müllabfuhr kommt alle 3-4 Tage. Zu Beginn waren auch schon Brot, Aufschnitt, Wasser, Cola und Milch im Kühlschrank. Darüber haben wir uns nach dem Flug sehr gefreut. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Had a wonderful stay! The place is just like the photos, with amazing views out to sea and across to Split. A fantastic outdoor space with the heated pool and outdoor kitchen where we prepared and cooked all our meals. The bedrooms were comfortable, with good temperature control, blackout shutters, and well sound insulated from any noises outside. Recommend the short hike up the hill behind the house for even more amazing views in all directions. Nina and Petar were great hosts, proactively making contact ahead of arrival and departure, meeting on our schedule, providing great recommendations for things to see and do, and being easily reachable if needed.

Drazen is the best Airbnb host I’ve stayed with, ever so kind and helpful, he had local cheese and ham for us when we arrived as well as a big tray of cakes and made us feel very welcome all week. This was a slice of paradise. A truly stunning location on the side of a valley with beautiful views. A lovely old stone house that felt really traditional and cosy with lots of outside space and a great pool. We had the best week staying at Drazen’s place. There are lots of things to do in the region, lovely old towns like Šibenik, beautiful beaches and national parks.

Cette maison est un véritable coin de paradis ! Nous y avons passé une semaine en famille, et tout était absolument parfait ! Les chambres sont confortables, la maison dispose de 3 salles de bains, ce qui est très pratique. La cuisine est bien équipée. La terrasse avec piscine donne directement sur la mer! La vue est splendide ! L’environnement est calme. Vedrana s’est montrée très gentille et réactive dans nos échanges. Nous aurions aimé rester bien plus longtemps. Nous reviendrons ! C’est une des plus belles expériences airbnb de ma vie ! MERCI !

We had the most wonderful week at Tina’s house. The house, pool and all outside spaces were well kept and everywhere was very clean. The house had all the facilities you needed for a very relaxing and easy holiday and the air-con was fantastic given the hot weather. We found the location excellent with several restaurants and a yummy ice cream place all within easy walking distance. Tina was very helpful and responsive to any messages and we’d love to be back next year!

Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt! Besonders begeistert hat uns der gemütliche Außenbereich, die Außen-Küche und der liebevoll gestaltete Kinderbereich. Wir wurden so herzlich empfangen, sind in den Genuss des leckeren Essens von Ana‘s Eltern gekommen und durften sogar das erste Gemüse aus dem eigenen Garten verkosten. Einfach ein wunderschöner Ort um zu entspannen und guter Starpunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

The hosts were super nice and very responsive. The location is amazing. So peaceful and beautiful surroundings. The host’s friend’s restaurant DIDA near by was very nice. One of the best meals that we had. We would definitely come back and recommend!

Das Haus liegt etwas abseits mit wunderschönem Blick aufs Meer. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Marijana war eine sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Es war alles eingezäunt, perfekt für die Hunde. Die Schildkröten im hinteren Garten waren ein tolles Highlight.

SHE House was as advertised. We quickly called her home feeling acclimated & comfortable. Our GPS sent us some terrible way initially but the locals were very friendly offering us assistance. Our host was patient & accommodating showing us how many ways to reach the house ("all roads lead to SHE House"). We really enjoyed how centrally located the home was to all things on Brac Island. We realized our visit was a bit early for the weather & the season when our original ferry from Makarska was cancelled due to bad weather but no worries we just had to go to Split. The wind was so strong it actually blew open the latched front door one afternoon. The soft throws in the basket were nice & cozy-really appreciated. Some of our favorite meals were at Pumparela Restaurant & Taverna Riva in Bol; Konoba Kopacina & Restaurant Ziza in Donji Humac; Gastro Diva in Makarska. Driving in Croatia is NOT for the faint of heart but if you happen to be on the D8 stop for coffee at Strada.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist klasse! Direkt am Meer. Das Haus ist für die Größe optimal und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Terrasse ist super. Für Strandliebhaber perfekt. Tiziano war immer erreichbar. Klare Empfehlung.

Vlasnica vrlo susretljiva i ljubazna,smještaj čist i uredan i više od očekivanja. Vlasnica nam je objasnila gdje da idemo jesti i šta sve možemo vidjeti u Šibeniku i okolici. Hvala još jednom na svemu i vidimo se sigurno opet. :)

5 of use stayed at Borna’s place in split for 3 days and had a wonderful time. The house is cosy with a beautiful view of the bay, located in the national park it is peaceful and refreshing. Borna was very friendly and helpful, check in & out was super easy and I would highly recommend this house to anyone considering! Hope to come back again soon.

Matea i njezin otac su bili divni domaćini. Pristupačni su, na raspolaganju za sva pitanja, topli i srdačni ljudi, na kraju su nam pripremili i lijepe poklone. Bez problema su nam omogućili kasniji dolazak, smještaj je bio odličan, čist, sadrži sve što je navedeno u oglasu i na fotografijama. Bazen i dvorište su uredni i čisti, stvarno smo uživali u kupanju i odmaranju. Mjesto Lozovac je maleno, mirno i lijepo, nalazi se blizu većih gradova i blizu svega što je potrebno. Jednog dana ćemo se sigurno vratiti ovdje, jer smo stvarno uživali. ❤️

The place is extremely amazing. The appartement is like 10min with car from center. Note that uber is not working so you need to take a taxi everytime you go to center. The jacuzzi is amazing with a private beach , there is hotel next to it where you can have lunch or dinner and also 15min walk from another place for food, it’s extremely nice if you’d like to have some peace and out of city. I recommend

great peaceful home which is decorated with love. the surrounding somehow felt magical when looking on one side to the ocean and the other to the mountains. we had some cats as guests which really made it special. hiking is a great recommendation when staying. dubrovka was very friendly and responsive. we absolutely enjoyed our stay. ✨🐱

Wir haben 2 wundervolle Wochen im Fischerhaus La Pineta verbracht. Ausflüge, Restaurantbesuche und Einkäufe haben wir ausschließlich mit dem Fahrrad erledigt. Der Zugang zum Wasser ist ausreichend, man kann ja anschließend wieder in den schönen Garten gehen. Vereinzelt haben die lauten Boote gestört. Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen perfekt eingerichtet. Der Garten ist weitläufig, mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten. Hochwertige Gartenmöbel sind vorhanden, kein Plastik! Die großen Bäume bieten ausreichend Schatten. Eine zutrauliche Katze bewohnt das Anwesen und macht den Aufenthalt liebenswert. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war unkompliziert. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen.

Wir hatten einige wunderbare Tage in Ninas Unterkunft. Das liebliche Steinhaus ist praktikabel über Erdgeschoss und zwei Stockwerke verteilt und besitzt Charme und das typische mediterrane Flair, mit Ausblick auf den Hafen. Von der Unterkunft aus konnten wir in verschiedene Buchten wandern. Es ist sehr ruhig in der Nacht. Nina war eine perfekte Gastgeberin, die uns bspw. auch vor einem Unwetter gewarnt hat, die Kommunikation war ausgezeichnet. Nina hat uns auch einen Parkplatz in Sibenik vermittelt, womit das Gepäck inkl. SUP kein Problem war. Es war im Apartment alles Notwendige und ein paar Aufmerksamkeiten vorhanden! Auf der Insel selbst gibt es ein paar Lokale und schöne Strände, auch einige Wanderwege, die aber tw. recht unwegsam oder verwachsen sind. Dafür wird man mit unberührten Buchten belohnt, die sonst nur per Boot erreichbar sind.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit der Unterkunft! Es war wirklich an alles gedacht – von Spülmittel bis zu Tabs für die Waschmaschine war alles vorhanden, was man im Alltag braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, und auch unser Hund war sichtlich entspannt – das Grundstück war wie beschrieben vollständig umzäunt, was uns ein gutes Gefühl gegeben hat. Der Ausblick war einfach traumhaft! Die Anfahrt ist etwas herausfordernd, da die Straßen momentan nicht vollständig ausgebaut sind, aber das ist gut machbar, wenn man sich einmal orientiert hat. Außerdem liegt das an laufenden Straßenbauarbeiten, also könnte das beim nächsten Besuch schon ganz anders aussehen – dafür können die Gastgeber natürlich nichts. Insgesamt ein toller Urlaub! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

The house of Bruna in Vinisce impresses with its charm of the location, the view, the grandiose furnishings, which is incredibly stylish and individual. A place to slow down and switch off all daily topics. With a little luck, Adriadelphine can be seen swimming through the bay. We thank Bruna for all the amenities we were allowed to experience.

Perfekter Aufenthalt – wir kommen gerne wieder! Wir hatten das große Glück, zwei wunderbare Wochen in dieser Unterkunft verbringen zu dürfen. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen – die Gastgeber sind außergewöhnlich herzlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Man merkt sofort, dass ihnen das Wohl ihrer Gäste wirklich am Herzen liegt. Die Unterkunft selbst lässt keine Wünsche offen: sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet – von der Küche mit allen nötigen Utensilien bis hin zur praktischen Geschirrspülmaschine. Wir haben uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die traumhafte Lage: eine ruhige Gegend mit direktem Zugang zum Strand – ideal zum Entspannen. Gleichzeitig ist die Unterkunft gut gelegen, um Ausflüge in die Umgebung zu unternehmen. Es war ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt, der unsere Erwartungen sogar übertroffen hat. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und empfehlen diese Unterkunft wärmstens weiter!

Ante und seine Mutter waren ein super Gastgeber! Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub 😊und haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt . Kommunikation, Einchecken, Informationen, Fragen, Problemlösungen,Tips für die Gegend und und und... Ante war immer sehr gut zu erreichen über Handy, hat schnell und unkompliziert für alle Situationen eine Lösung gefunden .Bei allen Anfragen und Problemen war er und seine Mutter zu jeder Zeit für uns da. Großer Pluspunkt die Klimaanlage in der Wohnung (im Hochsommer in Kroatien ein Muss!) Wie schon alle Gäste können wir die Wohnung und Ante als Gastgeber für jeden Kroatien Liebhaber /Liebhaberin sehr empfehlen!
