Lovely, light spacious annex with en-suite shower room. It has a separate entrance and access to a deck. Off street parking is available. Situated in a quiet, tree-lined lane, it is a 5 minute drive to Horsley station which has a direct line into London Waterloo. Lots of lovely restaurants, pubs and cafes nearby for breakfast, lunch or dinner. There’s a mini fridge and microwave in the annex. My partner and I visited here as a birthday treat away. The place was lovely, clean and cosy! Adam was very attentive when we needed a new gas canister for our BBQ. The only downside we had was we struggled to get the hot tub working on our first night. My partner dislodged some excess from the pipe attached to the hot tub which got it working. In saying that, it does not take away how attentive and helpful Adam was despite this not going to plan - so thank you again for a lovely stay Adam!

Me and my boyfriend stayed for 2 nights and absolutely loved our stay at Bela & Steve’s property, the area was lovely and very peaceful. There are loads of great food places as well (would recommend Surrey Palace for a great Indian takeaway!), and getting places was very easy (drove to central London on the second day). Checking in was easy and flexible, the guesthouse was in pristine condition and we felt it had a really homely feel. We had quick and helpful communication from Bela and Steve whenever we had any questions too. Overall we could not recommend the property or the hosts enough and hope to be back very soon!

We had a truly wonderful stay at Catherine’s cottage. The interior deco matched the exterior terrace cottage. Very comfortable indeed. The cottage patio was a delight for morning coffee. The garden walk to see the chickens each morning was awesome. An outdoor fireplace with el fresco dining was brilliant. I highly recommend the cottage. Catherine is an amazing host.

No traffic, birds, deer, beautiful trees, lovely places to walk, stunning views,the perfect place to unwind! It was really hot when we arrived so we put water in the amazing outside bath and cooled off. Great fun! We loved the shower and soft plush towels and we slept so well in the comfy bed. The highlight was coming across two deer at different times. We think one was a red deer and the other may have been a Roe deer. What a little bit of paradise, hidden away from the world!

The water sing definitely did not disappoint! Beautifully decorated and sat upon a gorgeous lake full of lily pads and fish. If you’re looking for a place to switch off that’s peaceful and relaxing I 100% recommend a visit!
