The apartment is located in the hart of the medieval town of Motovun. The main square, city wall, bars, restaurants and shops are a couple of minutes walking distance. There is a private parking (included in the price) in front of the house which is really rare in the historic center. The spacious apartment with a terrace and breath taking mountain views features 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, a flat-screen TV, an equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and an oven, 1 bathroom with a bath and a toilet.

Ovaj jedinstveni smještaj uređen je u rustikalnom stilu s velikom terasom i dvorištem koja gleda na Motovun i dolinu te unutarnjim kaminom. Dvije prekrasne spavaće sobe s pogledom i dva kupatila te potpuno namještenu kuhinju sa perilicom posuđa, besplatan wifi , smart tv sa satelitskom antenom dva klima uređaja, vanjski roštilj i fire pit. Udaljeni smo od mora i plaže svega 20minuta. Obližnji prekrasni stari gradovi Motovun, Grožnjan, Oprtalj udaljeni su 5-15minuta te staza 7 slapova 15min.

Apartman Nena is set in Pahovići (Rakotule), a small and qiet village in central Istra, that offers peace and relax. The apartmant includes one bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen with a dining area and a sitting area. There is also a garden and a terrace with outhdoor furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped. It is provided with a dishwasher, a microwave oven, a coffee maker and an electric kettle while the bathroom is provided with a washing mashine. A flat-screen TV is featured.

Charming Town House Pino + Pina

Old medieval stone house located in a peaceful part of Motovun. Carefully preserved, leaving old touch to shine for etselves.. House is 180 m2 big and consists of 5 different levels. It sits on 3 sides on the streets, and two levels have street acces which allows us to create two units which can function independently, but which have staircase connection between them. Around the house we created a seating area.
