Great house for our girls weekend. Jamestown is so cute and we decided to eat out for the weekend but the kitchen was stocked if we’re to stay in. SteveO is a great host and great communicator. The hot tub was perfect. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

I loved this space so much. I felt at home and comfortable as a solo traveler and only wished for more time to enjoy and explore the area! ❤️

We had a wonderful stay at Leann’s! The home was absolutely lovely—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The amenities were just what I needed for a relaxing getaway. Leann was a great host, and we truly can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Tyler's home. It was exactly as the pictures showed, and the view was spectacular! We walked to several restaurants and it was a short 20 min drive to Newport. I would absolutely stay here again. Tyler was helpful and responded quickly with any questions I had. One of my favorite Air B and B's

From the minute we pulled into the driveway, our family was highly impressed with the views from Kristen's home. We ended our 2023 summer with a bang. This beautiful home had everything you could ever need on vacation. We enjoyed the backyard with nightly fires. Our teen daughter rarely left the bunk house. We loved the fact that our own private beach was just a few steps away & the public beach was less than ten minutes away. The kids and adults enjoyed the beach trampoline. Kristen was delightful to deal with. She was a SUPER host. So many little details and extras she puts into her beach home. Already thinking of our next visit.

My husband and I booked Brady Cottage for a week at the end of May to take a break from our very hectic lives. The pastoral setting in quiet Little Compton was exactly what we needed. We enjoyed woodland hikes on conservation land, cooking at the cottage, Grey's Daily Grind in Westport (amazing baked goods!!) and the amazing Polled Hereford cows and calves behind the cottage. We had a few nice meals out in Tiverton. Check-in and check-out were seamless. The cottage was clean, cozy, charming and comfortable for us and our little dog.

Had a great 3 night stay at Pats cottage! Charming place with great amenities. Appreciated that it had a crib and gates for the kids. Only feedback would be that the sandbox needs a clean up and maybe some fresh sand, but that could have been limited for us bc we rented early in the season. Pat was great with communication before and during.

The cottage is located on the same property as three other rentals, a large house and two smaller once. Depending on how many of them are occupied, privacy can vary. During our stay the two smaller homes were rented as well. Unfortunately the backyard is not completely fenced, but there was on piece of fence that allowed us to block the one open spot, so our dogs didn’t run away. The cottage is big enough for two adults. The bathroom is fairly small, but is enough for a short stay. The living room and the kitchen are adjacent and are nice for cooking or spending time when you are not discovering Newport and the surrounding area. The location is perfect if you are looking for a peaceful and quiet spot after a long day of discovering Rhode Island, Martha Vineyard, Block Island and many other beautiful places.

Linlin was a wonderful host and we loved this adorable cottage. It was incredibly clean, while still being warm and welcoming for us (and our pup). It's a little farther from the water than we had anticipated, but it's a relatively short and private walk to a dock with kayaks and beautiful views. Highly recommend!

Amazing sunrise views from every room enticing you outdoors on this waterfront property. In town for a college graduation so just passing through but my son did hop on a kayak and take a few casts the morning we were packing up. Good and easy communication. Just lovely!

My family and I really enjoyed Taiji’s place. It was exactly as was described andTaiji took the time to be very communicative with me before and during our stay. I would definitely stay again!

Home and area were beautiful! Everything was well stocked for our month-long stay, and they even had a jar of dog treats that our pup was very grateful for. Loved that the home was right off of a beautiful run/bike bath too. Great restaurants close by and a yoga studio within walking distance. We had a great time, thank you!

Jonathan’s place was fantastic. It was cozy, clean, and exactly what we expected. We would definitely stay there again. After checking in, I had a question, and Jonathan answered within minutes. Great host!

Perfect stay in Middletown! I loved waking up and having my coffee every morning on the front porch. I enjoyed walking into half town and to cliff walk and to St. George’s easily. Quick and easy drive into the main part of town for tons of restaurants. The cottage was exactly as described and very comfortable. Craig and Suzette were lovely hosts and great communicators.

Donna's place is a delightful little "cottage" next to her house in an upscale, affluent neighborhood of large homes on expansive plots with perfect lawns, large trees and beautiful flowers. The neighbors we spoke with were very friendly, and there are many families with children. It is about a 20 minute drive into Providence, but more during rush hours because the bridges get congested. The cottage has great character, and Donna has been very thoughtful about details, such as umbrellas in case it rains (which we used), a night light in the bathroom, an electric heater in one of the bedrooms, a very well-furnished kitchen, and extra folding chairs. It's cozy, but don't expect it to be spacious. Donna was also very communicative and helpful. It was a pleasure for us to stay with her.

This is a sweet house in a great location. Comfortable and functional, with herons fishing all day in the pond across the road. Would love to come back in warm weather to take advantage of the screened in porch overlooking the marsh!

Colee's home was lovely and comfortable for our graduation weekend. We wanted for nothing. I had read many of the reviews, so I knew about the narrow, steep staircase and the unusual shower room (once someone has showered, you must walk through wet floors to get to the toilet area). But every house has its quirks, and this is a very cozy home. Colee includes all the little amenities and nice touches that bump a 4-star visit up to 5 stars.

Great little bungalow in a wonderful location. We stayed in January but I imagine it to be a bustling little community in the summer season! We can’t wait to checking it out then! The space is very clean with all that is needed for a comfortable stay. Kathy was very kind and communicated extremely well prior to and during our stay. Highly recommend staying here!
