Vacation rentals with a patio in Bristol County

We so enjoyed Lindsey's very spacious place! We loved walking Bristol and enjoyed many restaurants. The apartment is charming and so nicely decorated. We loved the back patio too!

This is one of the best places I have stayed in a long time! Place was super clean and easy to access. Was a great place for me and my friends to stay at and made the weekend more enjoyable. It’s super close to a bunch of restaurants and bars and very easy to get to downtown from there. Am very glad I was stay here and thank you for a great experience!

Had a wonderful stay at Laura’s place for our son’s graduation from RWU. Apartment was spacious and spotless with a fully stocked kitchen and comfortable beds - plenty of room for our party of 5. The snack basket was a nice touch. The outdoor space was private and beautiful. Laura was accommodating when our party expanded at the last minute. She and Chris were friendly and generous hosts making sure we had everything we needed. Location was perfect - easy walk to water and downtown Bristol. Recommend to anyone staying in the area.

This was a great place to stay. A little bit of a walk to the best shops, but well within my walking distance. The apartment was clean and the kitchen had everything I needed. I will stay again.

Walking distance to all thats listed above, the cutest local park and the waterfront. Neil “one upped” our stay with his attentiveness, such a kind and thoughtful host The space itself is creative and full of playful art. Cant recommend it enough, ill be back :)

Wonderful stay at Jaynes beautiful home. Description and photos were accurate and the home provided all the essentials we needed. House was clean and beds we’re comfortable. Upstairs tenants were so friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay there again.

This was a delightful, quiet, and comfortable spot. We enjoyed our visit. It was nice to come to RI to visit family and find such a great place to stay. I would highly recommend this location!

We had a wonderful stay here! Bethany was incredibly attentive and we actually got to meet her & chat while on the property. The location is great, just steps from the waterfront and walking distance to a local park. Very private & quiet area, and the unit came supplied with everything we could’ve needed. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We absolutely loved this home! There were 9 adults who stayed in the home for three nights and there was plenty of space for all of us! We spent most of our time out and about however the evenings we spent in the living room playing games and listening to music. There was ample space for us all to hang out and relax! The hind itself is adorable, clean, and well maintained. We would absolutely stay in this home again in the future!

Maria’s place was perfect for our son’s college graduation trip. The location was perfect and the house had absolutely everything we needed. Every room was charmingly decorated, you can tell Maria puts real care into the details. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend!

Quaint little house close to Providence and Newport. Andres was a very responsive and helpful host. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Very nice stay for our family! We were very comfortable here. The backyard is its own little oasis and the hot tub was so nice! Great hosts with little touches throughout the house - snacks and drinks on arrival, tissue boxes on each end table, plenty of towels, local recommendations, and more. Cute and quiet town with some great local things to do. Very happy with our stay

My husband and I had a lovely stay in this listing over Memorial Day weekend. The home itself and particularly the view were even more beautiful than pictured. Elena is a fantastic host - flexible, accommodating, and always quick to respond to any request. The adorable town of Warren, which is a few minutes drive away, boasts countless restaurants, bars, art galleries, boutiques, and more. I could not more highly recommend this home for couples, families, or groups of friends looking for a fantastic waterfront getaway.

Absolutely wonderful location with access to the adorable downtown and right on the water with walking/bike path. The view was lovely! The place was spotless and kitchen was perfect. The house is not the same colors as described so it was a little tricky initially to find it and I thought it was a whole house (it is a single family house but you stay in only one part of the house). Thankfully there was no one staying in the rest of the house since I was there with 4 children! Also it’s noted that there is no TV so I was prepared for that but there also really isn’t a living room or living space so just something to keep in mind. A great stay!

Kelly’s place was a great find!! It is very close to downtown and walkable for most things. Parking was easy and the condo was very spacious and comfortable.

Nice little spot with plenty of options to pull up a seat outside. Centrally located and walkable. Would recommend!

Great location for local coffee shops and restaurants and very walkable! Only about 15 min walk to Thames/Bowman’s Wharf. We really enjoyed the deck on a sunny morning before going out for the day. Would stay again!

This Airbnb was a perfect place for a getaway with friends. It was conveniently located in Newport. We were able to walk to the downtown area to all the great restaurants and bars and were also closely located to the trolley. The place was very clean and exactly as described in the listing. Rich was very responsive when reaching out. We would 100% stay at this Airbnb again if we go back to visit Newport.

Clean clean sparkling clean! This Airbnb is in the perfect location to walk to all the shops, restaurants, and anything you want to do in downtown Newport! The beds were super cozy and the unit came with all the amenities you need for a trip, even beach towels and tissues in every room! The hosts were very friendly and accommodating and checking in/out was a piece of cake. Will def be staying here again next time we are in Newport!

Anne and Peter have a lovely place! The quiet setting was perfect for sleep and catching up with a friend I stayed with. We got to enjoy snacks on the adorable garden patio, and walked to everything right there for food, coffee, and seeing the sights! They were very responsive and amenable hosts.

Awesome location, nice deck overlooking the water/marina. Able to walk to everything. We had unit 424 at the Wyndham Onshore property. I mention this because the owner has several different properties, he is very responsive so make sure you are looking at the correct property when booking.

Perfect for a family getaway to Newport. Condo was clean and fit our family well. Any issues were addressed by the front desk staff. The indoor pool, while simple and slightly outdated, was a huge plus and the kids loved it!
