Cozy 3 bedroom 2nd floor apartment.

Occasionally when I am in Bristol visiting my daughters, I utilize this apartment. Therefore, some of the lower dresser drawers have some of our personal clothing. There is plenty of dresser and closet space available. Additionally, since we use this place often, there are personal toiletries in the bathroom. Again, this airbnb acts as my home when I'm visiting family. There are some family photos on the wall. So, if family photos on the wall bother you, this may not be the best place for you

My place is 15 minutes from downtown Providence where there are plenty of restaurants and nightlife, public transport as well as , family-friendly activities. There is a bike path near by. Being such a small state you are close to all the colleges this state has to offer. You’ll love my place because it is a cozy apartment perfect for groups of two or three. One full bed as well as a roll-a-way bed. Notice that at no time will the short term rental be used to host events or parties.

State Street-Off Parade Route. Walk to everything!

It was easy to find parking. The area is very walkable and peaceful and there are nice views of the water nearby. There are many close options for cafes, restaurants, and bars.

Private Studio Apt within Bristol Home

Our family had a wonderful stay! Michelle and Chis were the most gracious hosts, going above and beyond. They were in touch and always available. This space was sunny, modern and the property beautifully maintained. They thought of every special touch from bottled water and cookies upon our arrival to fresh towels each day. There was a spot for each of us to sit and unwind, a desk to work on laptop, a couch to watch television (also a pull out), a comfortable bed to rest on and a high table to eat at. We were able to control the thermostat as needed and enjoy the cross breeze by day. To top it off- the location was great- close to RWU, downtown Bristol and Newport. We plan to return.

Had a fantastic 4 day stay with my family of 6 at Michelle’s beautiful home. The 3 Bedrooms were spacious with lots of closet space and beds were very comfortable. The house was very clean and had all the amenities you need. Close to downtown Bristol and all the restaurants. Check in and out was easy and Michelle was very responsive. We struggled a bit with the shower temperature setting but hot water was plentiful. Setting the thermostat was also a bit confusing as it kept returning to a low 60s setting overnight. We didn’t reach out to Michelle and just keep turning the heat back up but I’m sure if we did reach out she would have resolved it. All minor issues which didn’t take away from a relaxing, comfortable weekend in beautiful Bristol. Would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The home was charming and historical, and very clean. It was well stocked for coffee and cooking plus Bradley considerately left us some pastries and fruit. The town of Warren was a gem! Cute coffee shops, breweries and restaurants, and all easily walkable from the house. In addition, we loved its proximity to the waterfront, which was beautiful! Loved it all!

we had a lovely stay at Barbara's. The area was great and very walkable. We used the outdoor area on sunnier days and loved the record player. Her neighbour was very friendly and we were able to get some dog cuddles. would definitely recommend!

Mary’s place was the perfect spot for unwinding and to enjoy all Bristol has to offer. Clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Mary was exceptionally helpful and amazingly responsive. Would highly recommend to anyone.

our stay was wonderful, the location was perfect, so close to RWU and shops, restaurants, the gorgeous bay view. The delightful porch was a bonus to sit, relax and enjoy good conversation or the serenity of a rocking chair by yourself. The decor was tasteful, fun with well stocked items to use. The was a huge surprise and so enjoyable. communication was great too. Thank you for a very special stay, We hope to come back again
