From the minute we pulled into the driveway, our family was highly impressed with the views from Kristen's home. We ended our 2023 summer with a bang. This beautiful home had everything you could ever need on vacation. We enjoyed the backyard with nightly fires. Our teen daughter rarely left the bunk house. We loved the fact that our own private beach was just a few steps away & the public beach was less than ten minutes away. The kids and adults enjoyed the beach trampoline. Kristen was delightful to deal with. She was a SUPER host. So many little details and extras she puts into her beach home. Already thinking of our next visit.

Great house for our girls weekend. Jamestown is so cute and we decided to eat out for the weekend but the kitchen was stocked if we’re to stay in. SteveO is a great host and great communicator. The hot tub was perfect. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

My husband and I booked Brady Cottage for a week at the end of May to take a break from our very hectic lives. The pastoral setting in quiet Little Compton was exactly what we needed. We enjoyed woodland hikes on conservation land, cooking at the cottage, Grey's Daily Grind in Westport (amazing baked goods!!) and the amazing Polled Hereford cows and calves behind the cottage. We had a few nice meals out in Tiverton. Check-in and check-out were seamless. The cottage was clean, cozy, charming and comfortable for us and our little dog.

I recently booked this lovely cottage on West Island in Massachusetts for a weekend getaway with my mother to celebrate her 80th birthday. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and comfortable. The cottage was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped for a relaxing stay. Greg is a gracious and considerate host. He provided helpful suggestions for nearby walks and accessible ways to enjoy the beach—especially thoughtful given my mother's limited mobility. The surrounding area is peaceful and quiet, perfect for unwinding. The neighborhood is residential and the neighbors we encountered were friendly and kind. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this cottage again. It was a perfect setting for a special weekend.

This place was perfect for two couples. We knew we'd be sharing the one bathroom and that was fine. Beautiful location on the water. We really enjoyed the screened porch.

Home and area were beautiful! Everything was well stocked for our month-long stay, and they even had a jar of dog treats that our pup was very grateful for. Loved that the home was right off of a beautiful run/bike bath too. Great restaurants close by and a yoga studio within walking distance. We had a great time, thank you!

Jonathan’s place was fantastic. It was cozy, clean, and exactly what we expected. We would definitely stay there again. After checking in, I had a question, and Jonathan answered within minutes. Great host!

The cottage was clean and comfortable and the location/neighborhood was terrific. Air conditioning would have been great to deal with the dampness at times but the fans kept the place comfortable enough. We will return next vacation! Loved the area as well and the guide book that Norm provided was a great help/addition.

Perfect stay in Middletown! I loved waking up and having my coffee every morning on the front porch. I enjoyed walking into half town and to cliff walk and to St. George’s easily. Quick and easy drive into the main part of town for tons of restaurants. The cottage was exactly as described and very comfortable. Craig and Suzette were lovely hosts and great communicators.

Donna's place is a delightful little "cottage" next to her house in an upscale, affluent neighborhood of large homes on expansive plots with perfect lawns, large trees and beautiful flowers. The neighbors we spoke with were very friendly, and there are many families with children. It is about a 20 minute drive into Providence, but more during rush hours because the bridges get congested. The cottage has great character, and Donna has been very thoughtful about details, such as umbrellas in case it rains (which we used), a night light in the bathroom, an electric heater in one of the bedrooms, a very well-furnished kitchen, and extra folding chairs. It's cozy, but don't expect it to be spacious. Donna was also very communicative and helpful. It was a pleasure for us to stay with her.

Everything was great! We had a great rest. We recommend the house by the lake Ingrid and her family.

Really enjoyed this place able to exactly like the pictures perfect size for two couples. We enjoyed the seafood festival and going to visit the mansions in Newport would definitely recommend staying here. Owner was very responsive and helpful.

This was our second stay at Rebecca's Cottage. It was wonderful! Great, central location! Good layout and pet friendly. Off street parking is a plus especially during summer season. Close to everything including the water walk, shopping and restaurants. Quick drive to the beach. We will be back again!

Lisa was very nice and responded quickly. It is a cute cottage with a nice back yard and walking distance to the beach.

This was our third year staying here, and once again it did not disappoint! The house is recently renovated and attractively furnished and has everything we could need. We especially appreciate having access to all the beach stuff- towels, chairs, boogie boards, etc. The location on a very quiet street within walking distance to the beach is also a big plus. Richard responds quickly and is easy to communicate with. We will be back next summer if they'll have us again!
