Our newly decorated single level home is centrally located with easy access to beaches, island ferries, Providence, Newport and Boston. We have new beds and appliances, along with the comfort of central air conditioning. Easy stroll to both downtown Bristol, the Town Beach, East Bay Bike Path, and Colt State Park. Our back deck is a delightful place to relax and enjoy the shaded backyard, which has a fire pit, BBQ, swing, hammock and an outdoor hot tub (requires signed terms of use agreement)

We had a great stay in Halifax, beautiful drive past the lake to get to Ronald’s house. We didn’t have time to use the kayaks, but it’s a perfect place to do so!

Katy was fantastic from the start! Fast to respond with any questions we had! Her home was nothing but clean, peaceful and the perfect family atmosphere. From the coastal decore to the backyard landscape… our family had a great time just hanging out at the home! Highly recommend for any stay in Newport, Cliff Walk was a 6 min drive and 20 mins from downtown shops! We will definitely be back!🤍 Thank you again so much for your hospitality!

Sharon's house is amazing and very unique, must visit, everyone loved it and didn't want to leave. we will definitely be back. everything was super clean, she even left us food, drinks and snacks which were appreciated after a long Friday night drive. super cozy with lots of little adorable flower arrangements, antique items and books, lots of supplies, books and games for the whole family. Amazing outdoor space with firepit and smores and a hot tub. this home is trully one of a kind!

Lovely home that appears to have been recently remodeled with 3 beautiful bathrooms. Immaculate. Nice backyard with multiple seating areas and a large hot tub which we thoroughly enjoyed. Sonia has provided everything you need for your stay from shampoo to coffee filters to dish washer soap. Walking distance to Padanaram center shops/restaurants and the beautiful harbor-quintessential New England views. Very much enjoyed our stay. Beach access is an issue if that is important to you. (we were able to visit beautiful Round Hill beach but only because we had family in the area with a pass). Overall very pleased and would stay again.

This house is great for families ~ basement has lots to do including a ping-pong table. Kitchen is well stocked, plenty of supplies of everything needed. Beautiful private backyard. Hot tub was a favorite. Conveniently located to all tourist destinations. Denise’s guidebook on the app was especially helpful. Definitely one of the nicest places I’ve stayed.
