An ideal starting point to discover Ticino. Lake Maggiore at your feet, the valleys and the centers (Locarno, Bellinzona and Lugano) are also easily accessible by public transport. The markets in Italy are also easily accessible by car or public transport. In winter and during the cool season, I recommend the studio for one person only!

My apartment belongs to Ronco and has a magnificent view over Lake Maggiore. Distance to the village of Ronco: 10 minutes on foot. The "Cimitero" (cemetery) bus stop is 50 meters from the entrance. Ronco (353 m above sea level) has 700 inhabitants and 4 restaurants. Distance to Ascona: 15 minutes by car. The apartment was completed in 2016. It is small (28 square meters) but nice (all new high-quality equipment). This apartment is a non-smoking apartment.

Bonus it’s on the main level and one of the first homes up that street (lots of walking and hills in general in bellagio so it was nice to reach our stay a little easier then some ;) there were a couple occasions other tourists were walking with us and would comment “oh wish we lived here or were already here” as they had much farther walks from town

Cinque is superior! In the description of the apartment, the terrace, the amenities, the location, the view etc. we run out of superlatives. We travel a lot, mostly in vacation rentals, Kristiina's apartment surpasses everything we've seen so far. Come a casa, we felt at home from the first moment. All the rooms are furnished with a lot of taste and flair, yet quiet and calm. There is nothing missing, the kitchen is most comprehensive and very generously equipped, the bed is large and comfortable, the sanitary rooms are up to date. And then the view from the big windows and from the terrace: breathtaking is probably the best term for it! The communication with Kristiina and Anna, who showed us the apartment and everything important, was perfect. We were there with our VW Multivan and found a free place every evening in a public and free parking lot about 20 meters away. We will be back, that's for sure!

Marugg's place exceeded all of our expectations!!!! Lugano was our final stop on our 2 week family trip through Italy. We experienced many beautiful places throughout the 2 weeks but Marugg's place exceeded them all!!! The attention to detail was phenomenal. The location was 'perfetto,' the views spectacular and the home pristine. Our grandchildren made excellent use of the pool and the outdoor space was incredible! We enjoyed our morning coffee on the expansive patio area soaking in the tranquil views of the lake and all of the beautiful flowers. The smell of honeysuckle abounded outdoors ~ Marugg's home truly encompassed all of the senses. We cannot recommend it enough and we can't wait to return on our next visit to see our Swiss family! The communication was perfect, Davide always responded super quickly and gave very detailed, helpful instructions. The flat was lovely, just perfect for two people. The flat is not located in a busy, buzzing place, like other some of the towns in Lake Como but we preferred that. We could walk to the ferry in Urio or Moltrasio and get around easily. Some gorgeous restaurants close by. Thank you Davide and Benedicta, we'd lvoe to come back one day :).

This is easily one of our favourite stays we’ve ever had. Galit and Daniel were so helpful the entire time and went above and beyond to accommodate us. Check in and check out were both flexible and smooth. The apartment is nothing short of incredible. It’s beautifully designed and located in the most amazing part of the lake - Nesso. Nesso is pure magic. The apartment is located in a hidden oasis with a private pool only for residents that has incredible views of the lake. Couldn’t recommend this place highly enough :)
