Vacation rentals with breakfast in Brisbane Water

Chloe is a great host, she provided very clear instructions and was extremely responsive Her place is very bright and the sunset from her deck was beautiful. You can easily walk to surrounding beaches and take a short drive to nice places to eat. Being able to take our dog with us was a great bonus. Her place is fully fenced with plenty of apace for them and an off-leash beach area in walking distance. Loved it !

A beautiful house in a beautiful location with a fantastic host, well stocked with everything you’ll need. Lisa was very friendly and went out of her way to be helpful. Would highly recommend Possums Retreat.

Amazing! Ainslie and Dan were fantastic hosts & the property just delightful, well and truly exceeding our expectations. The property is well furnished, beautifully styled, immaculate and well equipped with everything you could possible need for a relaxing stay. The additional fridge and pantry items were a lovely surprise and meant we could settle in without the need to feel rushed to get the shops. The location was perfect being so close to essential amenities with the views of Lake Macquarie just superb. We particularly enjoyed having our morning coffee out on the balcony watching the sunrise. This house was perfect while working locally and thank you for accommodating me. Had everything I needed and more. Is a great space and I enjoyed being able to work on my computer with that view of the water.

Judy and Murray were impeccable hosts. They accommodated our booking at nearly the last minute for a week and communicated immediately. They asked about our preferences for breakfast and were kind enough to pick up a couple items for us ahead of time. Their home was easy to find and we had no problems parking, getting in, or using the space. The cabin has won awards for its design and is extremely cozy. The air/heating worked well, which was great for warm days and cold nights. We did have a small hitch with the WiFi while we were there, but our hosts did everything they could to rectify this issue; most of the problem was due to network upgrades being done in the area. Judy and Murray were amazing hosts, very gracious, incredibly responsive, and had lots of great suggestions for places to go and things to do. I recommend the walk to Crackneck lookout, which was a relatively easy walk (lots of uphill at the end) and a breathtaking view of the ocean!

We had an extended stay at Alisha's property while doing renovations on our home, and it was a great experience. The property was clean and well presented, Alisha was always friendly, helpful and responsive, and it's in a beautiful quiet location close to the bus stop.

Anna was exceptionally attentive and kind throughout our stay. She made sure everything was taken care of and was always available whenever we needed anything. The house itself was fantastic—beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. The view was absolutely stunning, making the entire experience even more special. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back again—it was truly a wonderful stay.

5 stars! Jenny is a superb host. She's very communicative with a auper clean, super comfy Air Bnb. The personal touches like a beer, brie, and bread, butter, and jelly in the fridge along with the "Maybe you forgot these" basket in the bathroom. So nice! Highly recommended :)

We had a very comfortable stay month long stay at Benjamin’s place with our little dog. Benjamin was helpful and answered our queries. The apartment had everything we needed and was walking distance to the bus and a few eateries etc. We loved the area and would stay again.

We've stayed in Jean's apartment a number of times and have always found it warm and comfortable, with lots of light in the rooms and a very well stocked kitchen including supplied food items (bread, variety of cereals, fruit, eggs, yogurt, milk, teas, etc.). Also, comfortable beds with electric blankets, central heating and book, magazines, TV (with Netflix) and board games. We would highly recommed Jean's place!

We loved our stay at Elise’s place . The unit was spacious , clean , close to the beach and restaurants . We took our dog which was amazing as Elise’s place has a private grass area he could run around and play . We will definitely be back

We were in Avalon for a family function and Aloha Avalon suited our family of 3 couples very well. Light, bright and airy, we felt very much at home during our 2 night stay.

Park Haven flat was lovely for our overnight stay. Darius and Edyta were friendly and helpful and the flat was clean and comfortable. I would recommend Park Haven if staying in the Morrisset area.

Great location with secure parking. Within walking distance of restaurants and RSL Club for meals.

We had a fantastic stay at Brad’s place! The house was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Brad was a wonderful host — super responsive, thoughtful, and very accommodating throughout our stay. The location was perfect and everything was just as described. Had a great stay at Willa @ Mangrove mountain . Location was perfect, the place was just perfect for two of us. Most of all the surroundings, and all our furry and feathery friends were great company.. we had a great time feeding Daisy and all the chooks but most of all lil cheeky PJ … such a cute girl and loved her company. Darren and Kim were great hosts , very responsive and the place is just great to unwind, relax and get away from the city and relax around nature.

Had an extremely wonderful stay at Harold’s abode! His hospitality and friendly nature helps in making you feel right at home! I enjoyed all the heartening conversations with him 🙂 I must also add that his two lovely pet dogs- Luna and Max are a delight to be around; calm and very playful. Coming to the room and amenities, everything is as described in the bnb post and we had no inconveniences whatsoever. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, homely and safe place to stay. Thanks once again, Harold!

The two days I stayed at Rose's home on the Scottish island were the warmest, most peaceful and wonderful time I had this year. Rosemary superb cooking skills, appetizers, main courses, and desserts after dinner amazed me at the first dinner, and the breakfast was beyond my expectations. The interesting and loving people on the island will leave a deep impression on you. Although I am not good at English, Rose and Colin are always so patient and considerate to communicate with me happily. Oh, I have only been away for two days, and I have already missed her goat's milk cheesecake, salmon, and handmade ice cream. I will arrange to go back again as soon as possible, bringing a hat and a bottle of wine...

Mikes place was perfect for a short stay. Very clean with everything we needed. Lovely peaceful location, coffee van in walking distance and Maitland Bay beach.
