A self-contained 1-bedroom flat with its own entrance in an Edwardian seaside villa. Close to the beach, overlooking the Marina, with a seafront stroll to the city centre. Completely refurbished in 2021 including a new kitchen and ensuite shower room, the apartment sports a fabulous sea view and a lovely vista over the nearby South Downs National Park. The flat will comfortably sleep 4 people in a double bed in the bedroom with ensuite, and on a comfy sofabed in the bright and spacious lounge.

Beautiful 11-foot high ceilings in a home that blends spacious rooms with an industrial-chic aesthetic. We love our neighbours and I am sure you will too, the apartment is strictly not suitable for parties, but perfect for a couple of people / romantic city getaway.

Bonnie and Paul were great hosts. Their house was presented immaculately. It was exactly as described. Paul and Bonnie, were so helpful and very flexible around check-in and check-out. So welcoming into their house. I highly recommend Paul and Bonnie’s AirB&B. It will be the first one I check for availability if I stay in Brighton again.

Probably the nicest air bnb we’ve stayed in. The property was immaculate and comfortable set just above the water and boats yet peaceful and close to amenities. Communication with hosts was excellent and they went above and beyond to create a welcoming stay with coffees, teas and abundant snacks on arrival which were very welcome after our long drive. We arrived late in the evening but the instructions by which we checked in were concise and easy to follow and the lights had been left on to welcome us in. We shall definitely return.

I stayed at Maria and David's for one night and I was quite happy with the choice. The communication was very nice and friendly, as well as a warm welcome in the house by all the residents. The location is great if you want to benefit from being near the sea (just a minute from the beach), near bus stops as well as having an easy access to Lidl (3 min) or Asda (cca 6 min) to go shopping. The house is very cosy and I was glad to be able to use the well-equipped kitchen and fridge as well. The room is much nicer than pictured, very clean, offers enough space, a wardrobe, table with a chair as well as comfortable doublebed with oh so cute bedsheets :) The only downside for me, as a light sleeper, was the bed squeaking and the walls a bit "thin".

Absolutely brilliant stay - best Airbnb I have done. Fiona was a very kind host, giving restaurant recommendations and was able to accommodate an early check in for me. She gave clear instructions about parking and how to find the property. The property was stunning, clean, homely and very well appointed. In real life it’s much better than the pictures. It’s well maintained, no damage etc and furnished to a very high standard. Brighton centre is a taxi/ drive away but the marina is walkable and neighbourhood is really quiet. Wish I could live there!
