Tim is a very great host, very responsive and described everything in details. The place is even more beautiful than what it’s looked like at the photos. Homie, cozy, and has everything you need.

Michelle’s palm apartment was lovely. The amenities inside were just right, we didn’t want for anything. Bed very comfortable and linen nice and soft. Quiet location. Tiny balcony but enough to get some air. The dishwasher and washing machine great and the communal tumble dryer right round the corner in the flats was only $3 for 1 hour! Lovely coffee machine with plenty of capsules. Lovely toiletries in the shower and water pressure great. We would highly recommend the apartment, Michelle was responsive and very polite and kind. Kate’s property in St. Kilda is in a beautiful location, close to Tram stops, beaches, restaurants and much more. The apartment itself was well kept and had everything needed for a couple or solo traveller. I would greatly recommend to anyone visiting Melbourne and its surroundings

Perfect little studio in the heart of St Kilda- but on a nice quiet residential street so a good night sleep is guaranteed! There’s even a quaint little balcony where you can see the ocean and city. We were blessed with perfect weather for our Melbourne weekend and loved the convenience to be able to walk to everything in St Kilda or hop an easy tram to the city: definitely recommend !

Gioia’s home was bright and welcoming, it is in an excellent location - extremely close proximity to Woolies, Luna Park and the beach - if you’ve a puppy - there are plenty of doggy friendly places around. The home has everything you need, check in was sooooo easy and provided a restful home for our weekend.

We had a very easy check in and the accommodation was in a great location and was well priced. The bedrooms are not large but have comfortable beds and the unit has two bathrooms. We didn’t cook but the kitchen looked like it held everything needed. The bathrooms were clean and tidy. The living area had everything needed. Froilan also left some local information that was a nice and welcome touch. Car parking was secure. We would definitely stay again.

Fantastic modern apartment with very well equipped kitchen. Accessible to Cheltenham station and main shopping strip. Quiet and peaceful, you don’t even notice the train or highway. Would stay again for sure!

I cannot recommend Tim’s place enough! Such a lovely sunny, light filled apartment with everything you might need for a homey stay. Surrounded by lunch greenery outside the windows it’s so pleasant and does feel like a home! Bed is very comfy, sheets and pillows are good quality, everything is spotlessly clean, kitchen cupboards stocked with essentials that are free to use. Great communication and very clear instructions. Tim was kind to accept my last minute booking and accommodated later check out time. Location is top if you want to enjoy St Kilda by foot or catch a tram to CBD. Big plus is free parking in the back. Yes, it’s narrow to get in, but I had no problems with a station wagon. Thank you Tim! Would definitely stay again.

After a rough start with the cleaner not having turned up James was able to fix this quickly and had us in the property as quickly as he could. His communication was exceptional and we’d love to stay again

I booked the place for a holiday with my parents and kids. The place was so homely and kids friendly! There were many games and toys for the kids to play with. The kitchen had everything we needed. House is located in a quiet neighbourhood. Excellent communication with the host. My child left behind a motion sensor light under the pillow and we managed to retrieve it by texting host on communication channel. He even went to meet us to pass it back to us several days later.Thank you so much! ◡̈

Our first Airbnb stay in Melbourne was a wonderful experience for our family of eight. The decor was cozy and homey, and the kids loved the bunk beds in their room. Everything was comfortable for our six days stay. The bathroom was clean, and all the utensils and kitchen appliances worked well. Our hosts, Ken and Jo, were friendly and helpful—always ready to answer our questions and ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. They are truly genuine hosts, and we wouldn’t hesitate to come back again. Highly recommended!

Our family of 5 had a great stay at Graci's home in Port Melbourne. Lots of space, great amenities, quiet location, close to amenities. We would definitely stay again.

Lovely place to stay! We were return visitors and it won’t be the last time we book! The location is fabulous and the apartment is comfortable and the view amazing!

The apartment is well situated with a tram stop into the city just across the road. Very close to the arts precinct and parks. There are a couple of great coffee shops within 5 minutes so easy for breakfast. Woolworths and BWS are a 5 minute walk away and there is a fantastic wine shop downstairs as well. A 10 minute walk takes you to all the restaurants on Southbank. The apartment is spacious and well set out with everything you need for your stay, with great view from the balcony. Definitely recommend the apartment for a stay and would stay again next time we visited from Perth. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable.

We had such a nice stay at Ros and Andrew’s place. The apartment is great, very well equipped and quiet. The location is perfect, very close to the beach and only a few minutes walk from cafes and restaurants. Ros and Andrew are excellent hosts.
