Welcome to Little Lake, one of the best kept secrets! This 3 bdrm bungalow offers an upgraded open concept kitchen/dining rm with large living room with a gas fireplace. Walk out to large deck over looking the lake. Plenty of yard space for playing games with large firepit to enjoy . This spring fed lake is great for swimming and fishing with a clay bottom. Located between Brighton and Colborne with lots of amenities close by including The Big Apple, Prince Edward County wineries etc....

A quiet stream filled with beaver, loons, and a duck family runs beside it, with a sweet swimming rock to slide into the warm soft water. This a very popular lake for fishing large and small mouth bass, walleye and lake trout. Watch the sunrise over the lake from the deck, bbq off the back of the cabin or take a break in the hammock.
