Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Brighton

No notes!! My husband and I had an incredible stay here. Aleks and Amy were truly amazing hosts who went above and beyond for us. The space is lovely and we really enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. We will definitely be back!

My family was in town for our sister's wedding and wanted a nice space to spend a few days together and send her off, and this was just the perfect one! The house and setting are beautiful, exactly like the pictures. A lot of thought and care had been put into the design and setup, and much effort dedicated to maintain it (we easily saw two teams dropping by for landscaping and pool cleaning). The space is expansive and full of light with great view into nature. The living areas are functional and provided with everything you need to feel at home. The outdoor enclosed area (with hot tub) and the pool are both terrific. The weather was not great when we were there (a shame that we didn't use the pool or the Sandbanks pass - great touch to include though) but we were able to make the most of it as there were lots within quick driving distance (wineries, town of Picton) Beforehand a lot of information and communications were sent and we felt at ease and supported throughout. We just spent 5 nights at the postmaster's house and we had a wonderful time. Communication with Trevor was easy and everything was as described. The location is fantastic for a vacation, even with our 2 year old son. The environment around the house and the view from the backyard is very calming. We would, without hesitation, stay there again!!!

Great place, comfortable, relaxed, with everything that you could need. On top of a great space, Pat was always very responsive and attentive. Will definitely be staying here again.

Nicole and Heather were great hosts who frequently checked in with us before, during and after our stay to make sure we had a great time. The place was as described and as shown in photos. We loved our time there and would stay again if we find ourselves in Port Hope!

Great place to relax and explore PEC. Exactly what we needed after a week spent in the bustle of Toronto and Montreal. Would highly recommend to anyone and everyone.

We were welcomed with a tranquil ambience that left us with goose bulmps and a warm heart. Zoka’s space is a perfect niche to to connect with family, loved ones, or besties. Anything you wish you had is there! From coffee to food basics to high end beauty products. The spa like vibes are accentuated with the multi faceted rain shower, warm candles, lavish linen, plush robes and a cozy fireplace. Not to mention, the price is an astronomical steal!! We really enjoyed our short stay in the rather large apartment in Picton. The location could not be better. The view out the kitchen window was lovely with the fall color and the little hint of the harbor that was visible. We enjoyed watching tv in the evenings in front of the fireplace. Definitely recommend!

As advertised a very nice place to stay. Loved the decor and the beds were very comfortable. Would recommend to friends and family.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. Robin’s house was located very close to all the arena’s in Peterbourgh. We were there to watch our grandson play lacrosse. Hopefully they will return next year to this tournament. I will definetly be rebooking Robin’s loft. It was just as advertised. I also appreciated the selection of coffees. We had a wonderful time at Caroline's AirBnB! The grounds were beautiful and the home was stunning. Caroline was very responsive and easy to communicate with (the staff gave us a tour of the property, set up a fire and gave us town recommendations). I would highly recommend this property and would definitely return!

Beautiful home with classy decor. Home was cozy but scantily equipped with needed kitchen amenities. Be sure to read the house rules before booking! House rules are unnecessarily excessive, makes it uncomfortable to get that "home away from home" experience, so read the house rules before booking! Host must have had unpleasant situations with guests in the past. The house is gorgeously decorated and pristine, should be featured in a home magazine for real. Overall, we had a great stay!

We really loved our visit and wished we were able to stay longer. The space is just as you see it in the listing. It was spotless and very comfortable. The beds were very clean and comfortable. The view was breathtaking. Dave was wonderful, answering all our questions, recommending restaurants and helping when we couldn't figure out the tv. We had a great time at Jaslin's place. The outdoor part of the property is huge, and was perfect for our large group activities. Jaslin was very responsive to any questions we had.

We had an unforgettable experience during our stay and look forward to returning next year. The island was beautiful, the many different houses accommodated our large group and each family of the 5 that went had their own space to unwind. The kitchen was beautiful and made meal prep and cooking so easy. The kida had lots to do with basketball, board games, mini pool tables, hot tub and the highlight was definitely the swimming. The water was great, warm and clear at any given time during the day and the kids had so much fun jumping off the docks, using the paddle boats and the canoes. We all had such a great time and are so thankful to Marla and Sherri-an employee who helped us when we checked in and checked out- Sherri was a great help, kind, friendly, hospitable and even recommended a different cottage with less steps for next year that I will definitely look into because it was a beautiful experience. Don't think twice about booking your stay here my family and I loved it!

David and Mimi’s place was gorgeous and had everything we needed for our stay. Great for families and kids. We enjoyed canoeing and kayaking on the private lake. They were very communicative and responsive, generous and thoughtful. We definitely recommend this place!

Great stay - all 3 hosts were very communicative, any issues were dealt with immediately, great flexibility. House looked great and had a great time. Would book again.
