From the moment we arrived, this place felt like a breath of fresh air. Nestled right on the water, the setting was absolutely stunning—calm, peaceful, and perfect for unwinding. Every detail inside and out was thoughtfully set up with everything we could possibly need. Whether it was enjoying morning coffee with a view, cooking in the fully stocked kitchen, or relaxing outside by the water, everything was effortless. The home was spotless, cozy, and clearly cared for with love. It provided the perfect environment to de-stress and truly relax. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway where you can disconnect, recharge, and enjoy the beauty of nature with all the comforts of home, this is it. We can’t wait to come back!

Perfect location for a quick get away and so thrilled we could bring our furry loved ones. Eoin was kind and prompt with communication. The location is walking distance to all you could need. It was a quiet and peaceful few days.

It was cozy yet spacious. It caused an all out homemade hot chocolate w marshmallow, movie night with the whole family. We'd grab a different great breakfast sandwich 3 min away daily. Everything is just an exit or a block away. I would love to stay here again.

Had a wonderful weekend away from the city in Long Beach. Airbnb was in a quiet area close to the beach and easy to get to the LIRR & west end. Jenna was super kind and responsive. We will be back!

Antony & Amanda are tremendous hosts. We contacted them last minute due to a family emergency. Antony was responsive and had the place ready for us in hours. We were pleasantly surprised with how comfortable the house was and the great location. When our family emergency extended, Antony and Amanda worked with us without question. We are forever grateful. If we return to the area, we will definitely stay again. I would highly recommend staying with them.

Sarina was super helpful, extremely nice and responsive. The place itself was very comfortable especially the room with the king bed. We brought my service dog and there was a lot of grass around the area to walk him comfortably. You are located on a main road and by two schools (elementary and middle school) so just be aware of the noise that is outside (which is very normal for New York). Lots of places to eat close by as well if you want to walk or drive. Best part was having a parking spot we can pull into after being outside all day. New York parking is always a hassle so this was absolutely perfect for our stay. Even the neighbors of the home were really nice. Would totally stay here again for our next trip to NY. I got married this past Sunday at Mamaroneck Beach and Yacht club this past Sunday and we booked both of his units. I have a big family and we also booked another place 6 minutes away to accommodate everyone. He was so helpful and worked with me on answering all my questions and making the bookings very easy. When I say we were so impressed with his space, that’s an understatement. They even had a basket of goodies with a card and wine. I got videos and was supposed to come back to take photos but was so busy with my wedding preparations that I didn’t get to return back to do it. It’s definitely home away from home for my family while they were there! You can tell they take pride in sharing their home and their spaces with their guests! Would definitely highly recommend his beautiful place! Thank again John!!! We appreciate you and your wife for sharing your space with us!!

We stayed in Monmouth for the weekend, rosemary and Kevin’s cottage was comfy and close to everything! Definitely a spot for a couple or individual. Would stay again!

Adam's place was perfect for our group of 10 women! We had plenty of space and the entire house was really clean. The pool and hot tub were such a nice touch! We also used the roof deck for a private yoga class! Adam was really responsive to our messages and went above and beyond to be accommodating to all of our needs.

I spent a long weekend with my mother and two adult daughters revisiting my hometown of Northport. We loved our stay here! Downtown is a couple blocks away but it's quiet at night, waterfront location was beautiful, and we enjoyed the whimsy of having our own bar and putting green. Janine and Steve were attentive and helpful but not intrusive. One thing I didn't pick up on from the photos is the sleeper sofa is in the same room as the bed. For four close family gals, this wasn't an issue for us. Highly recommend.

We were on LI to visit family. Darren’s place was perfect for our needs. I enjoyed heading out in AM for a walk in the adjacent park/ waterfront. Plenty of restaurants/ cafes within walking distance from Darren’s place if dining out is preferable to cooking for yourself. As the stairs are steep and narrow( clearly mentioned on his site, it is an old Victorian home), suggest bringing smaller bags/ suitcases which we did and had no issues. We will definitely stay again next time we visit!

We were there for a funeral. One family member came in from Hawaii, one from Washinton, and one from Califirnia. The apartment was cozy, well-appointed, and literally a block from the beach. The nearby grocery store and eateries was helpful. Would we stay there again? Absolutely.

Two adults and two children fit perfectly in this Air BNB. Such a cute little spot in a great location and amazing views. Walking distance to several great restaurants, a park, and bay beaches. Also a short drive to Sandy Hook and Sea Bright beaches. All amenities included. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet beach getaway. We will absolutely be back.

The Loft at 196 is not only in a pristine location, but is hosted by two great and friendly people. Marisol greeted me as I first arrived and was very willing to help me get set in, if I required. I met Charles later and contacted him more than once about recommendations. After discovering I had an interest in mountain biking, he did not only recommend a place nearby, but provided me the bike and all the required gear to do so. He contacted restaurants nearby on my behalf and gave me updates about local events. There was no pressure to go to things I didn't care for, but all the opportunity to do so. Opportunity that I would not have had on my own. Lastly, the beach was amazing. I grew up going to the forearm of Cape Cod where we would always have strong waves and good sandbars at low tide. I found both of these again at Sea Bright. The only difference was that at The Loft, I was less than a minute away from the beach whenever I felt like going. Thank you again, Charlie and Marisol.
