House in quiet hamlet

Detached house in a small hamlet of a few houses, very quiet and ideally located between Barbezieux (13 km), Jonzac (16 km), Pons (24 km), Cognac (22 km), Angouleme (46 km), Saintes (44 km). The accommodation has been recently renovated, the interior of the house is nice but the facade is in preparation for the layout. We live in the same hamlet, and are available for assistance if needed in case of emergency.

The mill is located on a wine estate, 15 to 30 minutes from the classified grand crus of St Estèphe, Pauillac, Margaux Close to the ocean beaches of Hourtin, Montalivet, Soulac (25 to 40 minutes) Bordeaux is 1 hour away.
