We very much lived our stay in this beautiful home. The location eas perfect for our visit and there are lots of walkable shops and eats nearby. would definitely stay again when in the area.

The house was absolutely perfect for my daughter's graduation weekend at Fairfield University. We had the family all together in a lovely, spacious and comfortable home. The drive to Fairfield was only 20 minutes. The home had every possible amenity one could need. Rosemarie was very responsive. Coming from New Jersey, I would normally stay south of Fairfield in the Norwalk area - but I am glad we picked this location for graduation. If you have a child at a SHU or Fairfield, this is a great location for parents' weekend or graduation.

We love staying at Cail and Jayne’s beach home in Milford! This is our second time at one of their homes, first time on the marsh side of street. It’s a beautiful setting and great for bird watching! This is also why I love staying at superhost properties. Communication is always fast and easy, the place is spotless, tons of amenities, easy to follow instructions, comfortable beds, and the home is decorated beautifully. My Mom and I were sad to leave. Tl;dr: Great home, great hosts, great location. Highly recommended!

We loved being near the coast and our local friends showed us a beautiful loop walk along the waterfront and Ash Creek and including the delicious Harborview Cafe. Jim’s place was perfect for our stay. The house was exactly as advertised. Our favorite part was the beautiful view of the salt marsh in back with lots of birds to watch.

I was really blown away that it looked exactly the picture. It exceeded my expectations. The only complaint I had was the fact that I could not get on WIFI but other than that it was super clean and spotless! The neighborhood was quiet. I would definitely book again.

We have just returned from five nights in this beautiful house. The house was just as described, it was clean, bright and airy. The amenities were all excellent, including a very well equipped kitchen. Fabulous location very quiet and peaceful with the beach being just a couple of minutes away. Abby and Curran are genuinely nice hosts. Their place is ideal for people who enjoy old homes, New England, and coastal life. The suite has a comfortable queen sized bed and an arm chair and sofa, perfect for reading and reflecting. The sofa also folds out into a bed. Chickens and rabbits welcomed us home after time away exploring Milford and the surrounding area. Americana at its best.

Have stayed here multiple times. Very comfortable apartment and as described in listing. Private entrance and setting in nice walkable neighborhood. Johanna is very responsive and a wonderful host. Highly recommended.

These hosts take great care in making sure their guests feel welcome and at home. The apartment is cozy and comfortable. It had everything we needed to relax after a couple of busy days. Their communication is top notch. And I cannot finish without mentioning the thoughtful snacks. That was really above and beyond - and very appreciated.

This place was very cozy and clean. I enjoyed how peaceful and quiet the location was and wish we could've stayed longer to enjoy the backyard with our son. It was a perfect place to stay the night for our trip to a Yankees game!

Alisa’s and Lena’s place is beautiful! Easily accessible with a private entrance from the back via stairs to the second floor it is a beautiful small apartment decorated with many thoughtful little items around a maritime theme. The place was cozy, clean, and had everything to offer that one might need. The location is very close to the newly developed Sandy Point Bird Sanctuary, a beautiful park along the beach of the Long Island Sound. Will keep this in mind to return to in the future!

We arrived during Yale's commencement weekend, so - given that there's about 3x the square footage - the price was particularly attractive. The weather was cold and wet for May, so the gym was a welcome diversion. And, there's fresh ground, complimentary coffee, A good value, no?

The house was perfect for us, just a couple! It felt cozy and the artist studio/pool table was perfect for entertainment! Host was proactive with instructions and was super friendly! Would stay here again!

Dawn and Bob’s place is one of the top Airbnb’s we have stayed in! Top notch in every way. It was spotless, comfortable and had everything we needed. And on top of that Dawn and Bob were the most friendly hosts we have met! I would recommend this Airbnb without reservation and will be back whenever we are back in CT!

Over $500 a night was very high, much higher than west Coast pricing for two bedrooms near a major university. Convenient to Yale but know that poverty has always been evident a few feet from Yale borders and much of the foot traffic consists of the homeless. Also some noise at night from passing traffic. On the plus side there’s an excellent Italian bakery/gelato cafe across the street run by a husband wife team that makes everything they serve.

Muna was incredible start to finish with my stay. Helpful, communicative and accommodating. Place was perfectly as described. Genuinely recommend a stay at her place!

Great apartment! Furniture is comfy. Kitchen is fully stocked. Neighborhood is peaceful. During my stay the cutting boards were stored between the microwave and wall (took me a day to find them)

The basement studio is super clean and well finished with a very comfortable bed. We stayed for a few days while visiting our cadet and the location is great. Nice quiet neighborhood, too.

Beautiful place, functional. clear and efficiently laid out. Easy to access with Subway and buses, many shop and restaurants within a short walking distance. Ann was very responsive and helpful before, and during the stay. Only challenge was to find a nearby parking stop when arriving late at night but this is to be expected in NYC.

We had a great time at Julie’s place. Would love to visit again…perhaps in the Fall. Loved the balcony overlooking the Sound. Julie was very responsive to my questions. She got back to me immediately. I would highly recommend Julie’s home!
