Cosy 2 bedroom city centre flat with WiFi, on the first and second floor of a high rise block. Located opposite NESCOL, it is close to Lidl, Morrisons and the Bon Accord Centre, a short walk to Union Street and about half a mile from the University of Aberdeen. Bedrooms are light and roomy. Fully equipped kitchen, open plan TV lounge and seating area and a balcony to the front. Great location for visiting the town centre with regular bus services to Union Square, the airport and TECA/P&J Live.

This is an ideal place for walking to Union St and reaching train and ferry. It has a nice kitchen and table and plenty of room to spread out in the bedroom. Very good landing place in Aberdeen!

A modern spotlessly clean flat with plenty of room and a bit of a hotel vibe. Crisp sheets. Plenty of pillows. Beautiful equipped kitchen and lovely bathroom. You can walk downtown in about 15 minutes. Kind of narrow stone stairs up to a back entrance, not a problem but could be an issue if you are mobility challenged. All in all, great value for the money. Friendly hosts.

An excellent property, well maintained and very clean. Well equipped and a nice supply of tea, coffee and sugar and the host supplied real milk. Lovely! Close to a lovely little pub, a takeaway Chinese restaurant and Duthie Park, all walkable.
