Monthly Rentals in Brickendon

We had to take our beloved dog to the Queen Mother Hospital,( part of the Royal Veterinary College,) for chemotherapy, consequently we needed somewhere nearby to stay. We had a terrible journey down, driving in the most horrendous weather arriving ay 10pm. We were greeted by Melanie, Charli's Mum, who could not have been more welcoming, even nipping home to fetch my husband a beer after the strrss of the journey. The property was perfect for our needs...set in a beautifu private location, surrounded by horses and greenery. The property was very clean, and furnished to a very high standard, along with a well - fitted kitchen , with every appliance you could require to cook a meal. The property was nice and private, and we had permission to walk the dog in the beautiful garden. I would highly recommend the property. We are very grateful to Charli and Melanie for their kindness, welcome and hospitality.

The Byre was a joy to stay in and come home to after a long day. Vanessa was similarly exceptional as a host, especially as we had our 11 month old with us. Great recommendations in the welcome notes too! A brilliant stay all round, we’ll be back!

We had a fantastic stay at the Pumping Station Annexe in Cheshunt with our family of five, including three kids aged 13, 11, and 9. The house was exactly as described—spacious, clean, and full of character. It was a lovely place to come back to each day after exploring. The hosts were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and quick to respond to any questions we had, which made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. The location was perfect—a great base for discovering the surrounding area with plenty to see and do nearby. Highly recommend for families or anyone looking for a unique and comfortable stay in a great setting. We’d happily return!

Stayed around a month in Sam’s place. Good location: opposite tescos, about 10mins walk to train station and town. Apartment: a small room with single bed, bathroom and kitchen area. It’s small, neat and tidy, and kept quite cool despite the mid 20s temperature outside. Overall this was an easy to use and convenient place for me to stay while i worked in London.
