Condo vacation rentals in Briarcliffe Acres

Julie was a great host and very responsive! This rental was in great location with amenities for the entire family. The rental was clean and very comfortable! Would definitely recommend and will be returning!

We stayed as a family of 4 at Karen and Todd’s condo on the beach. It was exactly as described in the description and the photos. The building was very easy to access and had an elevator and luggage carts, which was a huge plus when carrying all of our beach stuff. The condo building has direct beach access as well which was so nice especially with young kids. Parking was also right across the street and always had spots available. The building even had a movie night at the pool, which was fun to watch from our balcony which overlooks the pool, hot tub and the beach. The unit itself was extremely clean, felt very safe and had everything we needed for a fun family week at the beach. The beds were very comfortable, and set up perfect for a couple or small family. They even had a beach umbrella for us to use. We loved the restaurant recommendations that were provided by the host as well! Overall- we loved our stay. The view of the beach was amazing from several windows in the condo!

Just came back from spending a week here and it was wonderful. The location was great for both spending the day at the beach and is literally across the street from shopping and restaurants. The condo was so cozy and tastefully decorated with beach decor. The bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever had at any Airbnb! The resort was very clean and nicely maintained. We didn’t use the pools although there were several to choose from. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back and stay!

I brought my daughter and three teenagers. The condo was located in a great part of town. It's not loud or have heavy traffic. The condo is beautiful. It's roomy, beautiful and nicely furnished. The view of the beach is spectacular! My favorite spot was sitting on the balcony watching the waves. We were in heaven. It's a short walk to the beach. My grandchildren had so much fun playing in the ocean. Kimberly has done a wonderful job with supplying everything we needed for cooking and eating. Kimberly was so nice. If I had any questions for her, she was quick to reply. I would definitely recommend this condo. It's safe, quiet, beautiful, and right on the beach.

We loved our stay here. The home and location are beautiful! It was very clean and had everything we needed for a great vacation, from beach towels and beach chairs to kitchen utensils and appliances. Dana was very kind and quick to respond to our messages. We would definitely stay again!

This place is one of the most amazing places you'll stay the first time I dealt with an Airbnb with the elevator it's very sophisticated to people were nice and friendly. The amenities and supplies were plentiful. This place was the best by far 😊 Thank you Tara

Would definitely stay here again. Easy checkin and out. The facility is great and dog friendly. The condo itself is exactly as pictured. Very nice furnishings. Extremely responsive host. Beach access is a breeze.

The place was in a very safe community, lots of older golfers. There was a pub in walking distance that we saw a lot of golfers at. The place is directly across from the pool that stayed opened till 11pm. So mu kids enjoyed night swimming. Rooms were big and lots of space.

The home was peaceful very nice and located in a great spot.Cristina was very quick to respond when we asked if we could stay another night and other questions we had.would highly recommend if your looking for a pet friendly place close to the beach.Will be booking again for next year.Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.We had a great time.

My family and I really enjoyed our experience here! Very spacious and secluded compared to the hotel rooms were used to on the grand strand. The kitchen had a lot of things that were accommodating that we forgot to bring to cook meals, short, walk to the beach, kids loved the pool.We will definitely be back next time we’re in Myrtle Beach!

We thoroughly enjoyed our family vacation / graduation trip at Stefanie’s beautiful condo. We had plenty of room and everything we needed without having to bring so much stuff with us. The porch was our favorite place to hang out with the absolute most beautiful views ever. It was wonderful to be able to walk a few short steps to our condo to the beach. Many memories made!! Also, everything was clean and beautiful. Stefanie checked on us frequently, and she was always super helpful and responsive! Wish we could have stayed longer, but we will be back!

We enjoyed our stay in this large open and very clean condo unit. The location was perfect for our family close to Broadway, Coastal Grand Mall and the Myrtle Beach Airport. Great communication from the host as well.

Karima was very responsive, her listing was accurate, very good value for the price, super accommodating to her renters. Her space was clean, in a convenient place to the beach and Kings Highway (main strip) and anything else we wanted to do! We had a great extended weekend, I would easily stay again!

We requested a last-minute early check-in and Nicole was more than accommodating. We were able to get our stuff dropped early so we had a fridge for our food and drink and didn't have to worry about our stuff boiling in the car while we checked the area out. The room was great for my husband and I with plenty of space and everything we needed to get through the few days we stayed. Loved having the beach chairs, extra blankets, and vacuum handy. Would definitely return for another stay!!

We were quite happy with Mary's place, and everything was clean and as described in the photos. She was also very responsive and helpful with the one or two questions we had. It is always nice to be on the Oceanfront of things and while the deck was a bit small, or would be for a family, it was all right for the two of us. We didn't know about "bike week", but around Thursday, we figured something was up as they rolled in and enjoyed going on the streets until early morning hours. It's the beach, so it's to be expected, I suppose, but nothing in Mary's control or ours. Some construction is taking place on the building, and the pool is currently out of commission. However, this issue will likely be addressed as the construction project comes to a close. Overall, we were quite satisfied with our stay and would stay there again. Thanks again for everything!

We really enjoyed staying at this condo for the week. The location was great and it was easy to get to the beach. There were alot of amenities for the kids and the condo had everything we needed.

Place was beautiful just as described! Donna was very helpful and thoughtful with their suggestions of places to visit and go! The check in and check out was easy and instructions of everything was so clear and easy! They condensation from the vent did have the full floor and counters wet but Donna was very responsive and informed that it’s when you have the air on and the. Balcony door open we followed those instructions and it got better it still did leak on the counter so we just placed towels there and was good to go!!! The resort is beautiful steps away from the beach and with over 19 pools and hot tubs on the resort with the tiki bar your never to be bored!! My fiancé enjoyed the stay and his birthday weekend thanks to Donna and Bobby’s beautiful place ❤️ o and needing additional time was easy as could be I overslept thinking it was an 11 am checkout but it’s 10 am but was able to add on the 2 hours with no problem at all!

Another great year at one of Navin & Chanda’s properties in the Royal Palms. Wonderful people and very accommodating. The property was beautiful, clean, well maintained and had a beautiful view. Can’t wait to come back next year !

Great place for my family! It was our little ones first time at the beach. It was a great location only a short walk to the beach. Plenty to do close by with lots of food and other things. Definitely recommend this place. Host was very responsive and friendly. Hopefully we can stay there again!

Julie was very accommodating and the location was perfect. We spent a lot of time at Barefoot landing which was literally right down the road. Lots of pools on site to choose from and beach access was very convenient. Would definitely recommend!
