The best Airbnb I've ever stayed in! It was so beautiful and in such a great location. The view from the pool was breathtaking. Rooms were all very clean and beds were super comfy. Just a short 5 minute walk from the old town, the harbour and the beach. We all felt a lot fitter by the end of the trip walking up all the stairs!

I cannot say enough good things about our stay at this incredible Airbnb in Dubrovnik! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. Our host Danijela was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful with great local tips. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had the most breathtaking view of the Adriatic and Old Town — waking up to it each morning felt like a dream. The bed was very comfortable, the A/C worked perfectly, the kitchen was fully equipped, and the bathrooms were squeaky clean. The pictures don’t do it justice — it’s even more beautiful in person. The location is ideal: just a short walk to the Old Town, yet peaceful and quiet at night. Our 10- and 14-year-old kids absolutely loved exploring the city walls, alleyways, and all the charm Dubrovnik has to offer. This stay made our trip truly magical — we’re so grateful and would return in a heartbeat!

Great apartment —clean, full of historic charm and character, yet modern and comfortable. It’s compact, like many places in Old Town, so don’t expect a lot of space. The directions provided were super helpful and made finding our way through Old Town much easier. The location is unbeatable—just an alley away from the iconic “Steps of Shame,” close to Banje Beach, and somehow still peaceful and quiet. WiFi initially wasn’t working and the host rectified the issue quickly and successfully. Old Town Dubrovnik is absolutely magical—medieval buildings that feel straight out of Game of Thrones. We loved every moment and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The apartment was very lovely and spacious. I loved the furniture and design, but the big terrace is the eye catcher of the place. We loved sitting outside - the view is unbelievably gorgeous. Petraca is up the hill but you can easily walk down to the closest beach- it is a 20 min walk. We did have a car though for the whole week to explore and drive to Montenegro. Dubrovnik is 10km away and we followed Dive’s parking / bus recommendations. Beaches in the area are amazing, we will definitely come back and know where to stay the nights again. One thing: the entrance to the apartment is a very narrow staircase, for us as a young couple it wasn’t a problem but for small kids/ elderly people it can be quite tricky. Also to get up all the luggage to the Maisonette apartment can be exhausting.

What a beautiful apartment! The decor was lovely, all the rooms were large and welcoming, the view from the terraces spectacular, and the neighborhood was walkable to old town, groceries and beaches. With three comfortable en-suite bedrooms and a large dining table to fit our group of three couples, we honestly could not have asked for more. We highly recommend Monika’s place!

Amazing spot for a quick getaway. Close to the local activities in Dubrovnik, and had in home amenities for evening downtime. Hot tub was perfect for sunset viewing. Host was amazing and gave many recommendations prior to arrival. Would stay here again!
