This single-family house is located near the center of the village of Závažná Poruba. It is a traditional house built at the beginning of the 20th century. It includes 4 bedrooms, one kitchen which is also a dayroom. The bathroom is on each floor. It has its own garden and ample parking space. Terrace with outdoor seating and a grill included. The house is close to ski resorts (Ski Opalisko 5min/ Jasná Nízke Tatry 25min) or a grocery store.
