Kottlasjön with several swimming opportunities and Breviksbadet (outdoor pool) within walking distance. For a larger sandy beach, you can get there by bus or by car. A property with a fantastic location by the sea only 10 meters from the water. Overlooking the Stockholm inlet, you can see boats and ships passing outside the house, which has a terrace towards the sea. The cottage is only 12 km from central Stockholm and is separate from the main building where we live. Nature reserves for walking and running are a stone's throw from the cottage. The wood-fired hot tub that is on our jetty can be rented for an evening. There is a possibility to rent sea kayaks (2).

Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.
