Aan de Kaai is in (Cabauw/Lopik), on the border of the provinces of Utrecht and Zuid Holland. In the middle of the Groene Hart of the Utrecht Waarden and the Krimpenerwaard.

It's the whole top floor of our characteristic, monumental house dating from 1475 and it has a great view over the canal from the living room. Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

The kitchen has a fridge, dishwasher, combination microwave, pressure cooker and Nespresso machine.

Stay in the unique location estate "Het Veldhoen." On our estate, we have a fully equipped guesthouse which has every luxury, such as a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and living/bedroom. By public transportation at the doorstep, you will be directly at the Arena/Ziggodome in 20 minutes and in 40 minutes to Amsterdam or Utrecht city center. Schiphol is 45 minutes by public transportation, 20 minutes by car. Outside the door is the river Angstel and the Vinkeveense lakes.

This location is for nature lovers and those seeking tranquility. From the houseboat you have a view of a nature-friendly bank that is ecologically managed by the local residents. You can view the many types of water birds and even the Kingfisher and the Cormorant come to catch a fish every now and then. The water is of very good quality and you can swim from the boat. You can also rent an electrically powered rowing boat from us to explore the area from the water.

Feel welcome! Behind our house is De Schuur, a romantic, cozy and unique guest house, equipped with every comfort so that you can relax and enjoy yourself. Enjoy the Jacuzzi and sauna on the veranda. There is a gas BBQ and a lovely outdoor fireplace. (BBQ and outdoor fireplace for a fee) The bakery with fresh rolls is within walking distance. Sypesteyn Castle is across the road. Amsterdam and Utrecht +/-20 min.
