An easy 5-star rating. The place is beautiful, right in downtown Saintes, walking distance to amazing restaurants and the city center. We had a great time in this apartment in a great location, a short walk to the beach, restaurants - bars, a park and other local shops. The apartment is good quality, very nice and really clean. Comfortable bedding. In short, we would highly recommend it!

Small and well-appointed accommodation, tasteful, functional. Modern kitchen and bathroom, very clean. Jean-Claude is an attentive host, he gave us a small bouquet of flowers for our wedding anniversary. He is available and accommodating.

We loved the place, clean , spacious, quiet and nicely decorated. The kitchen is very well equipped and for bikers, 4 bikes ready to go as the bike lane is just outside the house

Very nice accommodation, as described and even beyond our expectations regarding the garden which is huge, very well appointed and perfectly maintained. The indoor pool was appreciated in view of the mixed weather. We had a great weekend with friends! I would recommend it in a second.

Very pleased with our stay. Villa ISKA is very spacious, well laid out and well equipped. The garden and terrace are also beautiful in size. The neighborhood is very quiet and the location is great for visiting the area. We are delighted with our stay and our dog (a large Malinois cross) too! We'll be happy to go back!

I rented the accommodation on May 29, 2025 for 3 nights, this is a nice apartment in a good location, very well equipped, nothing was missing for a great stay Very good exchanges with the host, I would gladly rent again if I had to come back to La Rochelle
