Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Breuillet

Carmen is a great host, very responsive, helpful and friendly. Her place is fab, in a great location by the lagoon. As two families we enjoyed the privacy of the ensuite room with separate entrance. Having another ensuite and separate bathroom worked well for us. The main space with a little kitchen area at the back was well used too, opening out onto the terraces with ever changing views of the sea and amazing sunsets. The only issue, out of our host's control, was the bugs - mosquitoes weren't repelled by our repellent or deterred by long clothes, and the gnats and wasps were also persistent during the sunny weather. La Plage restaurant, two doors along, is welcoming for drinks and great seafood. There is an obstacle course and exercise route just along the prom for the kids as well as a baguette machine and another restaurant which rarely seemed to be open! Lidl, E Leclerc and Intermarche are within 10 mins drive. La Rochelle and Cognac within 1 hour. We would happily return.

we had a very good stay with Framboise. the house is cosy and practical. it is just about 8 minutes by bike to Le Chateaux d'Oleron. bakery and supermarket are not far away. communication with Framboise was easy and quick.

Very well arranged space with the necessary accessories to feel at home. Quiet & peaceful place. Sébastien is very responsive and gives good tips for activities. The only small negative point (which wouldn't be for everyone); at sunrise, a lot of light from the front door, maybe a little something to improve otherwise it's great. I recommend it and if we come back to the area, we'll be sure to come back ☺️

The house was superb - spacious, smart and very well-equipped in every respect. It has a lovely pool, pool house and poolside lounging area, which our children and grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed. Its location in Saint-Palais-sur-Mer is great, with one beach (Plage du Platin) within easy walking distance and others (Grand Coté, Bureau and Nauzan) just a little further away. There is a good boulangerie (which serves pizzas in the evening) and a seafood supplier just 5 minutes walk away. We would be very happy to stay with Catherine again and thoroughly recommend the house.

We had a lovely stay at Lucie's cottage, in a very quiet residential village at this time of year. We were able to enjoy the very clean and well-maintained pool. Close to the Grande Côte for the beach and walks and where we found a bike rental. The cottage is very clean, tastefully decorated, we didn't miss anything. The bedding is also very clean and the towels are good quality. In short, we will keep a good memory of this accommodation and we would not hesitate to come back.

Very pleasant stay at Lucie's. Royan and its various neighborhoods are very easily accessible on foot. Chay Beach is within a five-minute walk. Lucie offers tea, coffee and kitchen necessities, the studio is very well arranged and stays cool in the heatwave. The secure parking space for the car is very nice. Chez Lucie, a great place to stay in Royan!

We had a pleasant stay at Émilie and Jean-Marc's. They were welcoming and available. The accommodation is as described, very well furnished, and very clean. The outdoor area is simply splendid, a perfect setting for relaxation, ideal for recharging your batteries. Special mention to the pool, which is a significant asset. We'll be happy to go back!

We had a great time in this pleasant, clean and very well maintained apartment. When we arrived, the accommodation was perfectly clean, well ventilated and it smelled very good. The place is easy to access, secure and easy to find. The location is ideal, with many activities nearby: beach, zoo, restaurants, etc. The host was very responsive and available, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Only small downside: the environment can sometimes be a little noisy depending on the time of day. I highly recommend this apartment for a comfortable and good location!

Overall we had a nice stay. Apartment located close to all amenities, very appreciable private parking. Bus stop close to the residence. Very pleasant apartment to stay in, very quiet in May. Beautiful walks nearby on the coastal trail. We would recommend it.

Great location, the sea a few meters away… the parking is very popular and the quiet of the residence. Very comfortable bedding, bed made on arrival and towels included. We spent three nights in the accommodation in heat that was quite high for a month of June. Fortunately, there was a fan. The apartment is nice and well-equipped (with a great park). This is a good place. I recommend it.

Apartment in a very good location. The layout and decor are great. Everything is done to make you feel good. It was very clean and very well-equipped. Beautiful view of the estuary with a balcony for aperitifs and outdoor dining. Excellent place and if we have to rent again in Royan we will go back.
