Cozy studio in a central location

In the summer of 2020, we renovated our studio. It is located in a prime location approx. a 5-minute walk from Zermatt train station and the Gornergratbahn. The balcony offers beautiful views over the village. The kitchen is fully equipped and the apartment has a bathtub, a 1.80 m bed, a seating area and a small dining table. TV with Apple TV box (no cable TV!) & Wi-Fi are available. The house has an elevator and a ski storage room.

The residence is located in the city center of Cervinia and it was just modernized to satisfy every desire. In the winter season the ski resort is just 80 meters away from the flat and in summer there are the city center, the golf club and all the trails that you can imagine just behind the residence. The house has the private garage for your car or for your ski tools and a big balcony where you can see the mount Cervino.

Overlooking the pedestrianized street, it is the perfect starting point to stroll around the city among vestiges of ancient Rome, plus craft shops and numerous bars. Strategically located for anyone who wants to visit our valley's famous natural beauties. 100 meters from the Regional Hospital and a 10-minute walk from both the train station and the bus station.
