The small house of the dunes is located at the foot of the immense beaches of Barneville-Carteret, opposite the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey…) Close to the village and its shops. (5-minute drive - 15-minute walk). The accommodation is located in a quiet and pedestrian hamlet with 4 tennis courts (private) and a petanque court. The beach is very close to the house (10-minute walk). The small house of the dunes is classified as furnished tourist accommodation (3 stars).

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. It has three bedrooms, the first with a 140*190 bed. The second has two single 90*190 beds that can be brought together. The third is equipped with a bunk bed and a baby bed. Its washing machine, TV and appliances give a modern side to this cottage that we wanted to be simple. Everything is on a fenced plot with barbecue, 2 children's bikes, a trailer for toddlers and adult mountain bikes.

Ideally located just 300 meters from Portbail Beach, this independent accommodation offers a peaceful and intimate setting, perfect for a seaside getaway. Nestled on a private plot where our family home is also located (also offered for rent), this small house is carefully managed by a concierge in our absence.
