tutto perfetto, appartamento super pulito e moderno.

Otimo apartamento, bem no Centro histórico, muitos restaurantes, pontos turísticos e mercado próximo. Cama boa. Foi uma otima base para conhecer o Lago di Garda, Bergamo e Milão. Anfitrião atencioso, responde rápido. Simona é muito simpática.

Paolo was a-mazing!! Paolo met me at the apartment, showed me around, gave recommendations, then kept in contact to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. The place was super clean and spacious. A/C was nice and cold. Could not of had a better experience, thank you Paolo! Would definitely stay there again.

Ho soggiornato presso questa sistemazione per motivi di lavoro, l'esperienza è stata ottima. La casa è ben struttura e aveva tutti comfort del caso, carissima l'idea di lasciare anche delle piccole attenzioni per la prima colazione. Ho apprezzato moltissimo. Ho apprezzato molto anche pulizia, gentilezza, disponibilità. Unica pecca è il forte rumore di un corso d'acqua proprio dietro l'alloggio, magari è stato così attivo solo durante il mio periodo. Ad ogni modo, le finestre sono 100% insonorizzate quindi è tutto risolvibile. Se ne dovessi avere l'occasione/necessità tornerò sicuramente in questa casa. Per le mie esigenze l'ospitalità è sicuramente da 5 stelle su 5!!!

“Soggiorno perfetto a Brescia!” Ho soggiornato in questo B&B con un’amica in occasione di un congresso, e l’esperienza è stata eccellente. L’host si è dimostrato sempre estremamente disponibile e attento alle nostre esigenze, rendendo il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. La casa è accogliente, curata nei minimi dettagli e decorata con oggetti molto particolari, che conferiscono un’atmosfera davvero unica. Un dettaglio che abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato è stato il mix di erbe lasciato dall’host per preparare tisane: un tocco speciale che ci ha fatto sentire coccolate. La posizione è strategica: a pochi minuti a piedi si trova la metro che collega comodamente al centro città. Inoltre, è possibile raggiungere l’università in soli 10-15 minuti scarsi, perfetto per chi, come noi, aveva impegni accademici. Anche il quartiere merita una menzione: tranquillo e dotato di tutto il necessario. Consiglio vivamente questo B&B per chi cerca una sistemazione comoda e accogliente!

Stunning location right in the epicentre of Brecia! Very good air-conditioning in the bedroom essential as the flat is at the top of the building and temperature can be above 30 degrees. Close to very modern, clean efficient and cheap underground Metro to get you to the main station and about the city.

Come essere a casa, Olga ci ha aspettato fino all'arrivo, poiché essendo in macchina e avendo preso traffico abbiamo tardato di due ore l'arrivo. In casa ci sono tutti i comfort, la casa si trova in una bella posizione. Nel mio caso è stato uno spostamento per circa un mese per lavoro, e per come è situata la casa, davvero comoda perché fuori il viale avevo la fermata del bus che mi portava proprio alla sede del lavoro. Attività di ristoro, bar pizzerie, spazio verde. Vicini di casa gentili e anche le mie cagnoline avevano la compagnia. Bella bella, se l'azienda mi assegna nuove attività la prendo di nuovo in considerazione.

The hosts are extremely friendly and accomodating. The apartment is amazing and equipped with everything someone's needs. The apartment is located in the middle of the vineyards, close to cozy towns. I am really happy for my staying and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for peace and realzation or even for a working trip since there are desks and fast internet connection. Die Kurzversion: Man geht durch die Türe und fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Die Langversion: Das Apartment - sah in echt noch viel besser aus als auf den Fotos. Die Einrichtung ist sehr hochwertig, liebevoll und mit viel Geschmack ausgewählt. Der Ausblick "beim Zähneputzen" (und natürlich auch den ganzen Rest des Tages) ist imposant. Die Lage - man fühlt sich einerseits komplett "in der Natur", da der See direkt vor der Haustüre liegt und diesen sofort zum Spaziergehen oder Schwimmen erreicht. Auch der Blick aus Apartment, Garten oder von der Terrasse auf das grandiose Panorama des Sees ist unschlagbar. Gleichzeitig sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung Restaurants, bzw. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Ortsmitte von Limone mit Schiffsanlegestelle, Restaurants etc. ist bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen (nur ein kurzes Stück ist an der Straße). Die Gastgeber - Die Kategorie Superhost könnte nach oben erweitert werden. Herzlich, freundlich und hilfsbereit zu allen Fragen des Aufenthalts und darüber hinaus.

Franca è stata gentilissima e disponibilissima anche in occasione di un nostro ritardo. L'appartamento è bellissimo, molto ben arredato è in ottima posizione. È andato tutto benissimo!

Die Lage ist Top. Die Wohnung ist ein Traum. Die Aussicht ist Bilderbuch. Alles super organisiert. Parkplatz war direkt gegenüber im Parkhaus für nur 18 euro Pro Tag.

This is a really beautiful place to stay. The apartment is well appointed, the pool is lovely and the gardens and outdoor space is stunning. Gabi is an excellent host who works hard to look after guests, giving the place the feel of a boutique hotel, with the privacy and convenience of self catering. We’re already planning on going back.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Alessandro. Tout était bien indiqué et tout le mobilier nécessaire était à disposition. Mention spéciale pour la terrasse avec la magnifique vue sur Brescia. Nous recommandons.

Loved this place! Simple, nicely decorated, comfortable, convenient. Our host met us and made us feel like old friends arriving for a visit. Close to the Roman ruins and Castle, safe and walkable area. Would definitely stay here again.

Einzigartige Lage direkt am See. Die Kommunikation zur Gastgeberin war unkompliziert und flexibel. Check in war bei uns nach Rücksprache auch etwas früher möglich. Toller Aufenthalt - wir würden definitiv wieder kommen!

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben, toll renoviert, groß und sauber. Die Betten waren super bequem, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Zu Fuß kann man innerhalb von 5 Minuten die schönsten Orte Rivas erreichen. Anna ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir dürften früher einchecken und haben tolle Tipps für die Umgebung bekommen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Roberta is an exceptional host. The apartment was spotless, modern, and beautifully designed with everything we needed. Het was echt droomhuisje voor onze huwelijksreis met prachtig uitzicht over het meer. Buiten 2 lekkere ligbedden en tafel met 4 stoelen. Wij komen zeker nog eens terug.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage war ruhig und perfekt für verschiedene Ausflüge. Von der Terrasse und Dachterasse aus hatte man einen tollen Blick auf den See. Es gibt einen kleinen Minimarkt im Ort, jedoch nur für das Nötigste. Zu einem größeren Supermarkt muss man ca 30min fahren. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft.
