This is a fabulous place, and Jayne is a top host. Everything was way more than expected, huge, beautifully appointed place, three bathrooms, fully loaded kitchen, and the games room is fantastic. Food delivery available of every type from nearby. Great patio area and loads of parking. A truly great place to chill out and relax. Massive thank you to Jayne.

Beautiful cottage - annex to the farm house

SigourneyRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Louise was a great host. Unfortunately, we arrived later than we’d hoped on the first day due to unforeseen circumstances, but this wasn’t a problem due to the self-check-in system and clear instructions that were left. The main problem with that was that it meant that we had less time spent in such a lovely accommodation. We had an issue with the hot water initially, but Louise quickly sorted it. It was such a comfortable place to stay for the bank holiday weekend, with such beautiful surroundings (despite the awful weather!) To top off our stay, Louise showed care and consideration for us through messages, and even allowed a flexible check out, due to a turbulent return journey from the Liverpool Parade the night before. Thanks Louise for a great stay at Newfields Annex. Will definitely bear in mind if we are in the area again.

Lovely property and brilliant hosts who live next door so on hand to offer help or advice. Amazing welcome pack to enjoy with the stunning views and surroundings with easy access to loads of places. We were visiting family in Alsager and went to Chester Zoo. Worth every penny. Didn’t even miss the WiFi!
The exterior of the cottage is characterized by warm red brick and a well-maintained white door. Small potted plants are positioned on either side of the entrance, and a gravel path leads to the door, framed by large stone slabs.

We stayed overnight with our daughter and her boyfriend. We were able to did outside in the evening and morning sun. The Log Shed was beautifully decorated and very clean and tidy. Laura was very helpful with instructions as to how to find it. A very good first Airbnb experience for us.

Narrowboat Cottage

DanielRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
The three of us stayed here for five nights as it was the perfect base for visiting Alton Towers, Blackpool, and other attractions nearby. The house was comfortable, well presented and had all the amenities we needed. We made use of the sofa bed in the living room. It can be a little cramped with it out, but it served its purpose well for us. There was always parking available in front of the house on the street. It was very quiet and peaceful with beautiful surroundings. We especially enjoyed being next to the canal and found nice walks by walking both directions of it. One side has a golf course with a very good restaurant and bar within 5 minutes, the other has a restaurant and pub with a 20 minute’s walk. I recommend keeping some bread to hand for the ducks.
