Cozy studio in Emmental

This newly built 24 m2 studio is located in the Emmental, 20 minutes from Bern and 20 minutes from Thun. It is very quiet because it is located in a residence on the heights of the village of Konolfingen from where you can admire the landscape of the Swiss Alpine meadows with in particular the famous Stockhorn, and the Niesen... It is within walking distance (15 minutes from the train station) as well as by car. We have a space in the residence's garage available to our visitors. The entry is independent.

Close to the city, the investor apartment is on the ground floor of a 100-year-old apartment building with lots of space, a private entrance and outdoor seating. A kitchen including a dishwasher and everything else you need to pamper yourself with your favorite menus. The spacious garden in the middle of the city, with playground equipment, fire bowl and 3 free-range chickens can be used. The house is quiet for city conditions, but is enlivened by our 2 children and partly by the other 4 parties.

The studio looks west with a wide view of the Gantrisch area. Therefore the day ends with a lot of sun. Flowers bloom in the garden in front of the room from spring to autumn. In addition to the hosts, friendly dogs, cats, sheep, donkeys and chickens live on the Bühlmenschwand farm. From here you can enjoy beautiful walks through the adjacent woods and meadows, or further discover the Emmental by car or bike.
