Ader has provided a lot of information about the house, surrounding area and local recommendations since we made the booking. She is always responsive and helpful. The house is at a great location, walkable distance to Richmond center and bus & train station. The surrounding area is fascinating, bunch of parks around and not to mention the riverside. House condition is great and you have everything you needed. Overall a very pleasant experience, highly recommended to group of 4-6 to spend some quality time around Richmond.

Travelled down as family of 12 for London Marathon weekend. The place was everything we wanted and more. It really has a ‘home from home’ feel and you immediately felt comfortable due to the numerous little touches the hosts have gone to. We stayed 3 nights and could have stayed longer…. Only minor feedback is the stairs to top floor is little difficult for the older members or those struggling after long run!! 🥵😂 When we are next this way, we will definitely look to book again. The most lovely home for our 10 day stay. Had all we needed and more. Spacious for 5 adults. Location was perfect for exploring London or staying in. Beautful English garden and outdoor spaces to relax. Host is the best! Kitchen even stocked with delicious staples to make us at home right away. We already miss it, will dream of our stay and would return any time! Thank you Ramona!!

My wife, 1-year-old son, nanny, and I loved our month-long stay at this charming home — truly a gem with lots of amenities and transportation nearby. The neighborhood pub (The Black Lion) is great for a pint, and Mari’s Deli on the corner became our favorite place for a morning cappuccino (tell Mario we say, “Ciao!”). This location is very walkable to just about anything in 10-15 minutes; both Chiswick High Road and Hammersmith King Street, a variety of grocery stores, restaurants, and shops, lovely parks and playgrounds, and convenient tube stops into central London. The house itself is very comfortable: cozy beds, lovely finishes, nice bathrooms, a separate washer dryer (non-the norm!), and plenty of room for three adults and a baby. Our toddler loved playing in the kitchen and garden area, and the house provided a great travel cot and high chair for our little guy.

We had a wonderful weekend in Eugenie's house. It's quirky decor is marvellous and every time you pass a piece you notice something new. It's location was perfect for us and also was easy access to central London too. We'd definitely stay again.

Paul and Angela's cottage was perfect for our short stay. The location is in a very quiet location yet within walking distance of all the places we wanted to visit in Greenwich and near great transport links to Central London. The cottage itself has everything you need for a comfortable stay. As mentioned in other reviews there is a narrow spiral staircase as clearly shown in the pictures but our 6 year old managed this just fine and we were able to take our cases up. Paul and Angela answered any queries quickly and were kindly able to accommodate requests to leave luggage at the cottage pre/post check in/out times so we could make the most of our short stay. We would certainly stay again and recommend to others.

We had a great stay and Lynn was a great host. House was fantastic and in an amazing location. I highly recommend it!

We lovely Rebecca place. Calming and airy decor made us feel relax and at home. We had everything we needed. It was a perfect fit for our group of three generations of women. Beautifully appointed rooms one for each of us and so many lovely spaces with room to relax as a group or have some personal space. The outdoor areas, especially on the riverside were magical watching the swans glide by. If you’re considering this accommodation, you won’t be disappointed. Communication was also fantastic :-)

The flat is in walking distance to a lot of places including Greenwich and close to bus and train services. it is close to a plethora of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. Antonio was responsive to any questions that I had during and before my stay within a short time. The flat is near to my family, so I'll definitely keep him in mind for future stays. How to start?? I would highly recommend Charles' place! When you get there and go up the stairs, you might think it's not going to be good. However, when you open the door you'll be taken back as to how beautiful his place is!! I felt right at home! Charles had wine, milk, OJ, bread and eggs. The sleigh bed was not only comfy but so pretty. He had great darkening curtains which also serve as a divider from the living room. The shower was welcoming. If I come back to London, I'd stay at Charles' place!

Hugh and Sally are fantastic hosts – very attentive and responsive. The flat is lovely and has everything you need, including a washer-dryer, which was super convenient. It’s in a great location, close to everything. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily return!

Thank you Sabreena for a wonderful stay. You were very communicative and helpful and it is a beautiful house. We particularly enjoyed having a morning brew in the garden. It was well stocked with things in the pantry (e.g. varieties of tea and a coffee machine), nice towels and bedding, and other useful things like shampoos and and an iron. A really brilliant AirBnB and we would have loved to stay longer.

This house was very comfortable. We had everything we needed at Battersea. It was very clean just like the pictures show. It had quite space for all of us easy to get in get out and also the subway underneath was very easy to access. Faisal was very helpful we would book again whenever we come to London thank you for everything.

Want a nice quiet spot in West London that's affordable? This is it. Always got peaceful nights sleep and it's easy to get to the underground or walks to Shepherd's Bush.

Great location and good space. Was as advertised. The only negative was that check in time was inflexible as we had flow in from San Francisco and our flight landed early. Not ideal to have jet lag and not have the ability to checkin 1 hour early. Thank goodness we had friends nearby but otherwise that's tough with a small child.

Pat’s place was perfect for the last leg of our London trip. Spacious and clean 2bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with elevator access. Being in Notting Hill you’d naturally want to go out and explore but Pat’s place was so nice that we were also tempted to hang out longer in the living room with the balcony. I would 100% stay here again and honestly wish we could have stayed longer.

Just back from a short break at this really lovely flat. Everything was pristine, well equipped and spotlessly clean. The accommodation is so light and bright, the showers are huge, so is the sofa, along with 3 comfy king size beds. Perfect for 3 friends on a girly trip. It’s a great base for visiting Kew and Hampton Court which we wanted to do. Lots of local places to eat. Highly recommend La Familia, Spanish restaurant, the food was delicious. Becky was so quick to respond to any questions, and was able to help with our early check in request. Thanks for the chocolates too. Highly recommend this flat.

We had a lovely time at this flat. It was clean, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well equipped, the bed was cozy, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The host was kind, responsive, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. The location is fantastic, just a 1-minute walk to the tube, making it super convenient to explore the city and the area itself is great as well! We would definitely come here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Maria was excellent, very responsive, great place. Not much light in the place because it’s right on the street, but if you don’t mind that, it’s perfect for a short stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at Jo’s apartment. The location is great, the decoration is fab and the little extras really make it special! Considering it was in the heart of Teddington it was quiet too! The kitchen and bathroom are great but the bedroom and living room are extra special - I was my house was decorated like this! Jo was really helpful too when I had to make some changes. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend!

This is an affordable Airbnb in a good location close to public transportation. The place is clean and has everything one needs. The only downside was that the host was very slow to respond to our messages (took several days) which made some of our plans a bit more complicated. Note in case you have to do laundry it is not free to do so in the building so you might as well do it at a dry cleaner's. The bed is a bit on the softer side.

We had a great stay at Vanessa's place - the location was ideal (peaceful but with easy access to Central London), the place itself was spacious and tidy, and even though we didn't meet in person, Vanessa made sure everything was clear for the self check-in and was very helpful via messages. We would definitely recommend it and wouldn't hesitate to come back ourselves.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Nicola’s, nicely located between High St Ken and Notting Hill. Despite the heatwave and the noise in the street, it was both quiet and cool in the garden flat. Some great eateries close at hand, namely Ffiona’s and Ottolenghi’s. Flat was also spacious. Nicola was friendly, accomodating and helpful.
