It is far enough away from noise and traffic, and close enough to the necessary amenities. The nearest restaurants and markets are 5-10 min walk, the most beautiful beaches 10 min, and the center 15-20 min walk along the sea, through the pine forest. The beaches are hidden in small bays , covered with large pine trees that give peace, privacy and shade on hot summer days.

Our studio apartment is just next to the sea. The closest beach is only 2 minutes walk, while city beach is approximately 7 min walk. The interior is simple but cosy, with breathtaking view from the terrace wich gives you the 'sitting on the boat' experience. You have very good restaurant that works until 2 am, few shops and loads of caffe bars on approx. 7 minutes walk distance, old town of Split on approx 15 minutes by car (or 30 by local bus)

The studio apartment, located on the top floor of the house, is designed as an open plan and includes a kitchen with a living room and a bedroom, a bathroom, a balcony overlooking the sea. The house is located in a quiet part of the town of Hvar, close to the Franciscan monastery and has a large garden and lots of greenery. The first beach is 50 meters from the house and the city center is a 5-minute pleasant walk by the sea.
